Jason had great customer service and was very knowledgeable. He did a great job and took care of the issue in no time. I would highly recommend him. I also put not sure on price as my property mgmt company takes care of all that. I’m sure he was very reasonable

I've used Vo Heating & Cooling for a few years now. Jason and his crew are quick to respond to needs immediately and are very knowledgeable. I've used other AC & Heating services as well but Jason is who I truly trust. He is great at diagnostics and is extremely reasonable on his prices. I have 3 AC units that were approaching 20 years of age and I have had him replace all 3 in the past couple of years. He could have kept 2 of the old ones going awhile longer but my husband preferred to just start fresh as they were needing more and more attention the past few years. Jason has had to take care of AC problems that resulted from not having very good technicians I've used in the past. We prefer to just work with Jason and no other companies like we have used in past years in this area.

The team at VO was absolutely fantastic. It was a week from calling for an estimate to having two entirely new furnace-AC systems installed and working in my home. Their quote came in very reasonable, but I was most impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, expediency and excellence. Frankly I would have hired Jason and VO even if they hadn’t given the most competitive bid, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat! I recommend them very, very highly!!!

I was trying to install a nest thermostat. In the process, I somehow blew a fuse in the furnace, although I didn’t know it at the time. I called Jason (mind you this is after 5p) and he answers immediately and knew right away what the issue was. He was even so kind to hop on FaceTime with me. He came to the rescue after hours, during dinner time, while a winter storm was coming through to help me get my heat back on. He even offered to bring me a new fuse tomorrow when I told him Home Depot didn’t have the right one. Seriously, amazing service. Looking forward to my maintenance appointment in April!

I would highly recommend VO Heating & Cooling. They were quick to provide an estimate and provided fair pricing. They replaced a 20 year old furnace and AC. Showed up on time and placed drop cloths over the entire area and walkway to protect the floor. Staff was very friendly and provided a great experience.

He came in to bid my job within a day of me calling him, got the job done for a fair price, and came back immediately after I called him later on to change something for me without hesitation. Honest company! Also more affordable than a lot of companies. We have had them work on a few things through the years.
We had them recently come out to look at our furnace that had stopped working and they cleaned a couple of parts and it began working. A different company had come out first and said we needed a new motherboard and motor, but really should buy a new furnace. VO charges about 1/2 the price of the other big name company for a new furnace.
My only complaint is VO is a smaller company so it can be a little hard to get a hold of them or to get them out in an emergency, but if not an emergency definitely recommend this honest and fairly priced company. Do not recommend leaving a phone message, either try back or email them.

It was very easy to book an appointment and Jason arrived on time. He took the time to explain things and provided some good advice as he did the job. I would happily recommend Jason to anyone and will definitely call Jason whenever I need any HVAC work done!

Jason at VO is top notch, he is quick to respond and his team did a fantastic job. We had our electric water heater replaced with a larger gas unit, and while two other quotes included a parallel gas line for thousands more, he correctly identified what we needed and got it done within a week. Rather than replacing our PRV to help with the water pressure, he simply adjusted the fully working version, again putting the other quoted shops to shame. He also added a steam humidifier and made sure we were happy, giving us valuable instruction and being available for questions. Pricing was the best of 3 quotes and we are happy to recommend VO to everyone. Thanks Jason!
