No showed on four separate appointments with no notice or call to say why. Would not let me speak to a manager to sort out why this happened. Completely unprofessional.

This company has made and broken 4 appointments with us. They told us we needed to pay for the yearly coverage so we wouldn’t have to pay for the service fee. They got the money and then never showed up. I have been without air conditioning for a week and a half. They have yet to give any explanation other than “that appointment shouldn’t have been made—we don’t work those hours”. Their solution—we’ll have a manager call you. That didn’t happen either. I will be reporting fraud to my bank and to the BBB.

I called late Friday and the gentleman was very courteous and polite. Tech came out on a Saturday and promptly diagnosed and repaired my heat, which had gone out. He walked me thru every step of the process, so that l knew what l was paying for. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of HVAC work done.

It took technicians a few shots to finally figure out what was wrong with my furnace, but these guys were persistent and never gave up until they discovered the problem They gave me a guarantee of three months of free service and repair if things still aren't working well. But fortunately, up to date my furnace has never had any problem or misbehaved in any way meaning they did a thorough and perfect job. I fully recommend them

In my case, knowing was half the battle. Alex (I think) was the one to come to my house to take a look at things and he did a great job at diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be a very simple fix. It was a little unfortunate that it took bringing in a technician only to find out I could do it myself, but Jason and his team did a great job of answering questions and providing useful and accurate information so that I could keep an eye on things for next time the problem comes up.
