Great service by Eric Ward and Impact Heating and Cooling. This is the 3rd year that we have used them to service our HVAC heating and cooling. I highly recommend them. Excellent service. Chris actually showed up before scheduled appointment, which is rare and quite pleasing and refreshing considering that most appointments scheduled with a two hour window, by other companies, are started the last minutes of the last hour in the two hour window. Chris was pleasant and professional. Again, excellent customer service.

We always get great service from Impact. We have a maintenance agreement and get the AC and furnace serviced in the spring and fall.

Aaron showed up right on time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Aaron was very polite and provided us with info on the age of our AC unit along with helpful hints to help extend the life of the unit we've done a lot of business with Impact to include hepa filters and a humidifier and also a new hot water heater. Every time has been a pleasure. Impact is a trustworthy company that definitely takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Impact to anyone who values a company that is honest and fair with pricing.

Chris replaced a furnace part and the furnace was not operating properly. Upon notification he was out the next morning to fix it. Thanks so much for the quick response.

Impact HVAC technician Chris Schott did a great job with the semiannual service check of our AC and furnace. Fortunately, there were no problems, but it is very reassuring to know that our HVAC systems are working properly and should continue to do so.

Arrived within an hour, Eric quickly diagnosed and solved the problem with the furnace and made the needed repair. You can't go wrong with this company. I'll be using again should the need arise.

Troy is very good to work with. He is a great communicator, very experienced and good energy. He takes time to explain and educate. While he was here, he noticed my sink handle was loose and he fixed it at no cost. He cares about doing a great job!
