Troy was on time, seemed knowledgeable and did what we though was a thorough inspection of potential sources causing a small water leak on our dishwasher. Although there was nothing that seemed amiss, we appreciated Troy’s suggestions on getting a water leak detector. EDIT: Within the week following Troy 's visit, although not having used the dishwasher, another water puddle appeared, much to our dismay. Since Troy did not identify the leak, we ended up needing to hire another plumber who replaced the necessary part and the dishwasher is now functioning properly and no further leaks have occurred. I contacted Impact Htg & Cooling but they did not respond.

I chose Impact to service my furnace based on their reviews, and I was not disappointed. My initial phone interaction was pleasant and informative. Eric was the technician that was scheduled to perform the service. He arrived on schedule and was knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what the issue was and the options for correction. He completed the work as agreed. The cost was very fair and as estimated. I didn’t feel like I was being taken for a ride as is so often the case with many of these service companies. I highly recommend Impact for your furnace servicing and I will absolutely bring using them in the future.

Woke up this Saturday morning to no heat. Impact responded immediately and had Aaron here within about an hour. A few hours later, the failing part was replaced and the unit is working great. This is not the first time we've used Impact. The service is exemplary.

Nick did a great job servicing our furnaces. He was very thorough and identified some issues that had been missed by other technicians from other HVAC companies. We definitely would recommend and hope to see Nick again.

Chris came for my annual furnace maintenance. My appointment window was from 8 to 10 am and he arrived at 8:10. He said it would take about an hour and he was finished in 45 minutes. He was pleasant and explained all he did and how the system was working. Great service!

Impact has provided the absolute best service and value of any plumbing and HVAC company I've used. They replaced my sewer line at my last house for half the price of the other competitors and did an incredible job. They also replaced my water heater for a great price and did a great job. Aaron, replaced our boiler, it was a reasonable cost (boilers are expensive), Aaron went over and above to get our heat up and running quickly. He is pleasant, honest, and most importantly trustworthy! I am confident that our new boiler will last for many years.
