Great experience with Paul. His pricing was fair, he quickly and professionally installed the toilet, pointed out an issue that I'll need to take care of in the future, but didn't 'pressure' me to get it fixed immediately. I will definitely use him again, and highly recommend his services.

I've called NorthMetro Plumbing for the last few years for all my plumbing needs. Paul is not only very nice and respectful. But his work was clean and fast for the best price in the metro area. I have since recommended Paul and North Metro Plumbing to friends and family with great success.

I woke up with a plumbing leak in a bathroom and I stumbled upon North Metro Plumbing. I called and Paul answered the phone. He was there within the hour. I immediately felt better when I talked to him. He is a Master Plumber. His prices were so much more reasonable that the big companies. I could hardly believe it. He worked very hard to fix my leak. I was so impressed that I asked him to fix a problem with a toilet and then replace by sprinkler shutoff value in the basement. The total cost of fixing all 3 problems was about 1/3 of what Plumbline or other big paces would charge. I will call him for any issues I have now. I cannot recommend him enough.

Paul arrived quickly and on time. He evaluated the problem and gave me the cost to make the repairs. He made the repairs and cleaned up the work area when he was finished. I'm 100% satisfied with his work. I will call him again if I need a plumber.

I needed a line replacement and a shut off regulator installed, along with a water pressure regulator, and Paul was able to make these repairs for me on the same day. Paul was fantastic, we had water under our water heater out of nowhere but not an active leak. We determined that it would be a good idea to change the water heater out to be safe as it was old anyways. After install, Paul discovered that we had a backdraft from our duct above the water heater.

We called out an HVAC person to find the issue. Thank goodness Paul found the issue because it was extremely dangerous and could have killed us!!! The HVAC person said most plumbers may not have discovered that, but Paul did. He also helped me light my pilot while he was on vacation!! Thank you Paul!!! Dare I say you are a lifesaver???

So happy we found Paul from North Metro Plumbing! Not only was Paul kind and informative, but he fixed a lingering issue with our fridge that a few other specialists gave up on. My wife and I found all of Paul's help and knowledge to be welcomed, such a great organic teacher. Super friendly and an actual expert at his job. These days I feel like you usually get one, but sacrifice the other. Not with Paul, great to see some passionate about helping people and enjoying their work!

Wow, got referred to Paul and I am sure happy I did. On time, did his thing and explained everything perfectly prior to starting the work. I would highly recommend Paul and his company. They aren't a big, unwieldy machine that you can't reach. He handles his customers personally, and in today's day and age that is quite rare.

I was referred to Paul by a colleague and I’m incredibly glad I got Paul’s information. He walked me through each issue he spotted with my old house’s water heaters and how best to fix those. He provided several options at different price points and we talked about the pros and cons to each, which was helpful for me as a new home owner. Paul inserted a water filter system. We had a house that was built in an interesting way and Paul figured out how to best solve the problems. He did it in a timely manner. Price point was great.

For the last few years, Paul has taken care of all our plumbing needs ranging from main line problems to garbage disposals to faucets. We would not consider calling anyone else. Not only are his prices fair and the work excellent, but he is honest in his assessment of what work needs to be done. He has recommended solutions that were far less costly than what we not only expected but actually thought we needed and requested. We have full confidence in Paul’s work and his recommendations.

Needed a Plumber to come in and look at my leaky shower head. I replaced the Valve Cartridge myself but 6 weeks later it started leaking again. I was given a referral from my neighbor to contact Paul at North Metro. I called him late morning of the 30th and he was able to get to our house first thing on the 31st. It turned out the valve inside the wall needed to be replaced. Paul took the time to explain and show me what he was seeing and why he felt the valve needed replacing. The job was done quickly, and I am happy to say my problem has been solved. The area was cleaned up and left exactly as it was before the repair. I highly recommend North Metro Plumbing should you be in need. This was my first experience with Paul, I feel confident in using him as my go to Plumber if I have a need in the future.
