We had a guy named John arrive at the house on time and he called before hand which was helpful. He listened to the problem we were having and throughly checked everything and explained our options. He was very pleasant and courteous. It was a smooth experience and I definitely recommend Jim Needham and John’s services!

My hot water heater went out on a cold wintery day and Jim Needham came to the rescue. I was able to get an appt. on the same day and get the heater replaced immediately. Tyson was my repairman and he was excellent. Great customer service, efficient and friendly. He also explained everything so I knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend this company in the future.

Firstly, just want to say that all the people I’ve dealt with from Jim Needham have been good representatives of the company. Tyler this evening came out and gave me estimates on several replacement heating systems and took the time to answer any questions I had and me to compare them. I appreciated his candor and honesty. It helps when making decisions that are rather substantial and I really appreciate it.

The installer did a fantastic job, however I had requested a non "ultra low nox" water heater and was led to believe that is what I would be getting from stockpiles remaining in existing inventory. I did not receive that. The sales person showed me only a price and never sent a copy of the receipt, even after I requested it and tried to verify what type of water heater was installed. This cost me significantly more than simply replacing my water heater with like. I will not continue my relationship with your company because of this poor business practice.

Cameron Vohs was very professional and kept me informed as he performed his tests and work. He replaced a pressure relief valve on my water heater and drained it. There were other parts he recommended to replace but I chose not to because of the very high price. The pressure valve and tank drain was $484!! I was shocked that this cost SO much. I need to check other plumbers to compare prices.

Amazing service!! Johnathan Marcus was so considerate of the house, what he needed to access and then made sure we were informed of what he was doing at every step. Jonathan also got our issue sorted in record time (and gave us great maintenance advice). We will be on his schedule once a year for as long as we own our home.

As a mom and the owner of Yellowstone Farms, feeling comfortable with people in my home matters a lot, especially around my young adult children. Ryan and Ian were wonderful from the moment they arrived. They were respectful, kind, and incredibly personable, and they immediately put both me and our children at ease.
What stood out most was the impact they had on our son. He was the one who walked them through the house, and they treated him with respect, patience, and encouragement, taking the time to explain things to him and answer his questions. That meant a great deal to us as parents.
They also focused on education and honest guidance rather than selling. I never felt pressured. They easily could have recommended more work or upgrades, but instead gave thoughtful advice that made sense for the long term.
It is rare to find technicians who are this trustworthy, family-oriented, and genuine. I would confidently welcome them back into our home and recommend them to any family without hesitation. -
Darion did an outstanding job from start to finish. He took the time to walk through everything in detail, making sure I understood what was happening and what to expect. He was patient, thorough, and never rushed the conversation, which made a big difference.
When the leak was discovered, he didn’t hesitate — even though he had already left, he turned around and drove 30 minutes back to make it right. That level of accountability and commitment to customer service is rare. He went above and beyond to ensure the issue was fully resolved, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the people he’s helping. -
Ask for Justin !! He was fantastic! Trustworthy and kind. Stayed forever talking with me and explaining everything. I will go with your company from now on and I thank you for hiring honest people like they use to back in the day. It makes a difference!!!! Even my cat Lovebug liked him and wouldn't quit rubbing on him for attention🤣Was cute. We say thank you!
Tyson came and did work today 2/14 he rocked! Fast and a great job even walked me through what to expect in noises and how to turn on the water!!! You guys are doing something right with the honest sweet faces and kind humans you hire. I thank you for being so real and human... not just salesman trying to get peoples money no matter what. Honesty and kindness brings back customers for sure and you are doing a great job! I'm glad I found you. I actually contacted you because of your approval ratings!!! -
I posted a review a few weeks ago and this is a follow up. We had to have a very large project done and again this company never disappoints! Ian was SO accommodating with having the project done while we were out of town so it wouldn’t upset our dog and communicated the whole time! We will remain loyal customers forever to this amazing company! So professional, kind and do amazing work!

These guys are the ultimate professionals.
Tyson (master plumber) met we me and gave a variety of recommendations for the replacement of a water heater. After answering all questions very thoroughly, I was comfortable choosing a tankless water heater. So glad I did because it is much better than a tank water heater for our needs.
The following day Nolan and Joe called and informed me they were coming. These two actually installed the unit and removed the old one. They too were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept me informed constantly and were considerate of my needs while doing the work. They treated me and my dog like family.
All was done to my satisfaction. They took photos of every major phase of the job and attached them to our receipt. I highly recommend this company. The techs are also electricians. Five stars for Jim Needham’s company as well as for Nolan, Joe, and Tyson. You’ll find none better. -
I had a clogged toilet. The first company I called (Google Search) had a huge service charge just to show up but couldn't give me as estimate on added expense. They couldn't come til the next day, but I booked an appointment anyway. Then I called Jim Needham. I was absolutely delighted with your service call (half of the other company) AND a tech would be here within 2 hours. Ross Smith arrived as promised. He's a very nice gentleman and very gracious. I have a plunger but was not strong enough this time. He broke the clog loose with one try. Wow. And he also helped get the water flowing better. I am greatly impressed and will certainly refer to your company. It's reassuring to know there are honest, affordable companies in this crazy world. I can't thank you enough.

Yesterday, I gave a one start review to the Jim Needham Heating Cooling Plumbing and Drain Company (JN) and here is what I said: "Not impressed, to say the least, in fact, disappointed. I called the Jim Needham Heating Cooling Plumbing and Drain Company on Saturday, January 24th, at about 7:20 AM, to see if they can send a technician to check my furnace as I woke up with my thermostat showing only 51 degrees in Fahrenheit. I was told that the technician will be here between 10 AM - 2PM. The technician arrived about 2 hours late, at about 3:45 PM, and inspected the furnace. In the end of the inspection it was determined that the inducer motor had to be replaced and I was quoted rounding up $2,400 for that job. I showed the technician the amazon price for the same model of the inducer motor, it was $220, which means that the company was going to charge me 11 times more for a 10-15 minute job replacing the thermostat. The technician did not offer any other options, which I think is a shame because after seeing the price for the part on amazon he could have said you can order it and I will be more than happy to charge you $100-$300 for the labor to replace it, I believe $150 for 10-15 minute work of the HVAC technician is more than reasonable. The worst part is that the technician knew that there are minor children in the house and that the weather temperature was expected to be well below freezing for the next 2-3 days, there was no empathy on the technician's part whatsoever, in fact, I saw his facial expression change and him looking enraged due to my decision to decline the outrages price, he suddenly turned from being friendly and polite to someone who could not care less about another human with minor children in the house, so that is the most disappointing part. I do believe that I am incredibly lucky and I can't express my gratitude enough for an incredible community I live in. The neighbors and friends came together and were unbelievably supportive and helpful during the freezing temperatures by offering their space heaters, warm meals, and even staying at their places until the heater is fixed, now that is a dream community to live in and mind blowing ability of my neighbors and friends to empathize with fellow human(s), may we all have people with such extraordinary humanity in them around us in the times of challenge, Amen.
Today, January 28th, I got a call from the company's service manager and he explained to me the pricing policy and why the provided to me quote was so high. He also expressed a sincere apology for leaving me hanging with no heat and no options, he said that the company will work on training their technicians to avoid this type of situation in the future. I was offered a full refund ($48) for the diagnostic that the technician provided regardless whether I will review or not my prior review.
I appreciate the company's service manager reaching out to me and trying to mend the situation and that is why I decided to go back and revisit my one start rating by changing it to a three start review with the details on why I changed my original rating. May we all remember that we are humans and we are not invincible and far from perfect, may each of us master being humble and kind toward each other. Amen. -
Jonathan Markus was excellent. Called at 8 and he was here by 10:30. Very friendly, very informative and got my sink drain unclogged in no time. Excellent service from Jon from Jim Needham! I would absolutely recommend and will use them again.

If you’re searching for a dependable, trustworthy company, look no further. Tyler Weston is the best tech I have ever worked with! When our heat stopped working, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, which was such a relief! From start to finish, he provided excellent communication, also friendly while remaining polite and professional throughout the entire process making everything completely stress-free. I cannot recommend this company enough if you’re looking for top-notch work at a fair price. I’ll definitely be referring them to friends and family.

Isaiah was very informative and forthcoming with what we needed for the installation of our Freedom Water Systems filtration unit. His planning and execution for our project was amazing. Do not hesitate to have this team quote your project too.

Tyson was great 👍!! Took care of the job fast at a reasonable price. Had a ball valve that gave out for my sprinkler system that was before the house main shut off. Tyson was able to cap the pipe and move the sprinkler system shut off to after the main shut off. I would recommend Jim Needham HCP for your job.

Joe came out and installed a whole water filtration system at our house. Joe did a great job and did really great work. Very happy with our decision to use Jim Needham to address our issues with our water. Joe showed up early and worked all day until the job was done. Very happy for the results that we got. We also had them install a reverse osmosis filtration system. It makes a world of difference.
