After moving into our new place in Thornton, we tried reaching out to the plumber the previous owner had used, but couldn’t get a response. My brother suggested Moore Family Plumbing & HVAC, and we were so glad he did! i called and they were able to schedule us right away for the next morning, which worked perfectly. Since this was our first time needing plumbing service for the house, we weren’t sure where everything was. The previous owner thought a spot in the front yard was where the old septic tank was, but when Ricky and Kaleb started digging (since there was no riser), they found out the cover had been sealed with cement! They had to dig at the other end, and even came across a couple of cable wires running across the cover. The crew handled it carefully, worked around the wires, and got the cover open so they could pump out the tank. After seeing how much work it was to dig up the cover, we decided it’d be best to get a riser installed for easier access in the future. We called the cable company to check the wires, and after they removed them, the plumbers came back the same day to put in the riser. They even graded the dirt and put down some grass seed so the yard looked neat again. The team explained everything about caring for our septic system and made sure we felt comfortable with the process. everything was done with great attention and care. we’ll definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber in Thornton!

Customer service is good and the guy that came for the estimate was heck of a nice guy. BUT, these guys are WILDLY expensive...$6000 for a water heater. The heater itself is $1000........so basically $5k for parts and labor. Found a local contractor for $2700

Tyler was awesome and super informative! Very clean and respectful. Very efficient in diagnosing the issue. I've had 10 different HVAC guys come tell me 8-10,000 off top to fix. Just honest and to the point! Prices are a little heavy but the service was great. I will recommend Tyler and his team to anyone! Thanks again!

Different tech came and did a very thorough job repairing my water heater installation which was done by a different company and not done correctly. Was not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Also replaced my main water pressure valve which was not working. Good job all around.
