Hector, Nick and Bruce helped me out with a plumbing issue. They're great at what they do. The guys worked all afternoon, they kept me informed of what was happening and are always respectful with my home. I appreciate their professional approach and their kindness. Would definitely recommend.

Just had the most exceptional experience with Anthony, from To the T Plumbing. He solved a problem that was nothing short of baffling, drawing on impressive experience, intuition, and expertise. Unlike the other plumbers I'd brought in, he found a faulty shower installation that was creating aerious mold/health risks. And was so generous with his time!
I'm in awe. This firm is now my folks for every plumbing need going forward! Yay! And Thanks!!

Lindsey was so kind and knowledgeable when coming out to fix our furnace that wasn’t heating properly during single digit temps outside!

I had a small drip leak from a broken soldering joint at my main line into my home. They scheduled me immediately for the same day. Tucker came out, looked at what was needed, provided a flat rate that beat competitors I have burned money with in the past (aka Plumbline). He was done in probably 10 minutes. Great professional work from scheduling and communication from Sarah to work completion by Tucker.

I have used To the T several times and they never fail me. They first came out to fix my toilet due to a loose water line that flooded my house. I haven’t had an issue with the toilet for now 2 years. I had them come out again and install a humidifier and a Remo Halo during COVID. Amazing install. The last time I use To the T I had a clog in my kitchen sink and they came out same day and Kameron and Steven were such great guys. Thank you To the T. Highly recommend!!!

Nate at "To the T" is a miracle worker! We had a project of downsizing our fireplace recently and knew there might be an issue once we opened up the wall. Sure enough, we had plumbing and hvac vents that needed to be moved over about 2-3 feet into a VERY tight space and then redirected to our basement plumbing! Somehow Nate did it and helped to keep our remodel project on time! On top of that, we discovered an unrelated kitchen pipe that burst in the middle of the project and Nate came to the rescue again! This company is amazing and I'm so thrilled we have a plumbing and heating partner for years to come. Thank you Nate and team! Below you'll see some pics of the before and after. Our remodel company is New Horizons Flooring whom we also recommend highly! On time and budget...incredible craftsmanship!

My overall experience with to the T has been less than great.
First, they came late to our consult appointment due to a communication issue, fine. We cancelled our plans and let them come by still. We decided to hire them after the owner was sincere in his apologies. Day of install comes and the technicians they sent were Ron and Aspen. They did a wonderful job and stayed at my home until 7:30 pm trying to make our equipment work. It would not. We cancelled our evening plans and were told someone else could come the next morning. We cancelled those plans and then we get a call saying they would not come. This was Saturday. They did not end up coming to our home until Tuesday. They got our equipment working and we thought all was fine. Then we scheduled our duct cleaning and this time 2 different techs came. They seemingly did a great job until they broke an irreplaceable item given to me by my dad who has passed, picked it back up and put it on a shelf like they didn’t break it. They didn’t say anything, and left. I found it 4 days later and I’m very upset with my entire experience. All the other stuff was fixable, but this is not.

Woke up to a soaking wet bathroom floor - water was coming through the ceiling into my kitchen. Freaking out, I asked my friends if they could recommend a good plumber, and they recommended To the T Plumbing and Heating. Tucker was at my home within an hour and installed a new toilet - problem solved! He was truly awesome and I would highly recommend them! I am so happy to have finally found a plumber I can trust.

Under coordinated & poor communication. On several occasions sent techs without the tools/parts for the job. Refuses to warranty a pipe they broke while working on a commercial job for me & won't even call me back

I've used To the T Plumbing for a few projects in my house and once again, they did not disappoint! This morning, Max and Will installed a new water heater in my basement. They were extremely professional, courteous, efficient and easy to work with. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the water that had leaked from my old water heater and were very tidy throughout the installation process and removing my old water heater. I truly appreciated them showing up on time and making quick work of the project as well. To the T Plumbing has always done great work for me and have good financing options as well, I'd highly recommend them!

Justin & Lyndsay were great! Explained everything ahead of time and walked through after. They fixed problems from previous plumbers too. New garbage disposal, new water heater, fixed water pressure and a toilet.

I just wanna say thank you for Hector for coming to check My Furnace he was professional in everything well, explain, though there are some work to be done. that I cannot afford right now, but good company to work with

Mike came out to diagnose a problem with my air conditioner. He was thorough, professional & knowledgeable. I had extensive water incursion in my 26 year old system, and chose to go with a full replacement system. I have been delighted with the installation process and the new system. I have finally found my new go-to plumbing, heating & air company.

Megan was able to send Nate and Cameron within a day to give us a quote on a new HVAC system a couple of weeks ago. They were very professional and thorough on the options we could choose from. The crew (Max, Kevin and Toby) were very clean, diligent and competent. They worked efficiently for a full and long day. I highly recommend To the T Plumbing and Heating for any service you need in your house.

Reasonably Priced ,thorough and the plumber was very knowledgeable and walked me through the job so there was no confusion. I would absolutely recommend this company and especially Justin the Plumber who did the work.. New water heater and additional plumbing work on lines

Home Depot recommended TTT to me to replace my water pressure reducing valve. Ron Aspenson, one of their agents, arrived during the agreed upon 2 hour service window to provide a free estimate. He was professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He displayed a keen sense of positive customer service. He is an EXCELLENT ambassador for TTT. Although I did not accept his estimate, he deserves this special recognition! D. Harris

The office people were good to deal with, the field tech was very respectable and knowledgeable. Their price was INSANELY high. I had the repair done but had a plumber by later in the week that quoted the job at less than 1/4 of To the T. If you are in a pinch and they are the only option, pay the piper. If you have time to shop around, save yourself a lot of money and call some smaller companies for quotes.

I met Courtney Covington networking and she has been amazing! Justin came by to look at something for me and was knowledgable and kind. Karen has been great to work with as she is on of our preferred vendors at ServiceMaster DSI.

I called To the T Heating & Air to come look at our offices broken furnace. They responded with fast same day service. Mike was able to diagnose the problem, get me a quote, order the part, & repair our furnace all within a few hours. We will definitely be using them for all of our future HVAC & plumbing needs. 10 out of 10 & highly recommended!

Great local company with amazing attention to detail. We sent a request for a quote and within 24 hours we had an appointment that accommodated our work schedule.

Nate and Max were scheduled for our in home quote and we received confirmation over text prior to the appointment which provided great detail on how to make any changes if necessary. On the day of the appointment we were reminded of the time frame and again prompted to reach out if any changes were necessary.

Before we reached our scheduled time frame Nate provided a courtesy call to confirm the appointment and let me know he and Max would arrive shortly. On arrival I was already impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service provided. Nate and Max greeted me at the door they were both in company uniform, presentable and courteous of our home even wearing boot covers. We briefly discussed work to be completed and they began a survey of our furnace, ducting and where to install an AC unit.

We determined there needed to be an update to our electrical panel to handle the AC unit and Nate provided great detail on that and offered help finding an electrician to complete that work as well.

After that we sat down to discuss our options for our new furnace and AC. Nate provided multiple options which included handouts detailing each system with all specifications. We decided on a few different packages that ranged in price and level of efficiency. We didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase but the honesty and transparency provided by To The T made us feel great about our options. Shortly after our appointment ended we received a quote with multiple options as discussed.

We chose to go with a quote provided by To The T and we could not be more happy with that decision.

On the day of our install the crew called with another courtesy call to confirm our appointment and showed up promptly. Not only did they provide exactly what they promised they were extremely pleasant. Second to none with customer service and professionalism. Big thanks to Nate Kam and Max for doing such a great job with everything!

Billing and scheduling was handled by Jen in their office and she was available to answer all of our questions also providing outstanding customer service.

This company was referred to me by a family member who said to ask for Justin or Anthony as they did a fantastic for them. I called and spoke to Sarah. She was very nice and patient. She set up an appointment on Oct 28th between 1-3pm. I specifically asked for Anthony or Justin to assist with my issue. Sarah said no problem and assured me Justin would be the plumber coming out to my home. Justin was not dispatched to my home. It was another tech by the name of Hector. Although he was 30 min late for my 1pm-3pm appt; I was given a heads up. No big deal. Hector and another HVAC person by the name of Mike showed up at 3:30pm. They told me it would be a cost of $250 to “diagnose” the hot water heater. Mind you my heater was replaced 4 years ago. The problem was diagnosed within two minutes upon removal of the two nuts on top of my water heater. They were completely clogged which explained why my water pressure was extremely low. They explained it would take an hours worth of work to fix at the cost of $459 per hour. With our hot water heater dismantled, we were asked if we wanted to go through with the repair. We felt we were being strong armed but didn’t want to go through the hassle of calling and waiting for another plumber as we would be without water and it was late in the afternoon. The bill for an hour and a half of work came to just under $800! I have yet to receive a copy of my bill which was supposed to be emailed to me that evening. Once Hector and Mike left, I went to my basement to make sure everything was in order. I was disappointed to find that a mess was left in the hot water heater space, water all over the floor in my bathroom (the water in the shower was being tested to make sure it worked) and that my toilet was used and not flushed. GROSS. In addition they turned off my furnace and forgot to turn it back on. We found out the hard way when we woke up the next morning in a house that was 59 degrees! I do not recommend this company as they didn't send out who I wanted and felt the cost for the service provided was very high. I am deeply disappointed. I had to give one star to post this review. However, I give this company ZERO stars.
