If I could put more stars I would! Toby was wonderful and went above and beyond educating me on my water heater. As a new home owner this stuff can be daunting, and he explained everything clearly and did not try to oversell or minimize my issue. I had my heater flushed and it was quick and painless (much easier than if I tried to tackle it myself). When I called, I was able to get scheduled quick and the customer service was top notch! Thanks again!

Bruce came out and helped fix a vibration sound that had been plaguing our house for 5 years. Multiple companies and techs looked at it with no answer, but strapping things tighter and putting some special putty between the siding and the pipes going into the house solved the problem! So stoked and so happy with the outcome! Thanks again Bruce!

My water heater failed and flooded my basement. To The T Plumbing was out the very next day after the flood water was removed, to replace my water heater. They did a great job and were open to all my suggestions & questions. Their price was comparable to the other companies I called & were able to arrive so much sooner than anyone else. The Plumbers/

Furance blower went out. Ron was amazing and helped get my AC back up and running. Explained in detail what happened and what needed to be repaired. Would highly recommend To the T for any HVAC work.

To the T Plumbing’s service is always great. They try to resolve your problem without a rip and replace. If you do have to do a replacement, they show you the videos as to why. Love the transparency. They’ve been my plumber since 2019.

I scheduled a plumbing inspection for my properties and Anthony was the technician that came out. I was thoroughly impressed by how easy it was to trust his professional opinion and diagnosis. Not only was he very patient in explaining all of the new plumbing terminology to me, He even sent me a diagram and used relatable analogies so that I can completely understand the details of the problem. He was honest about the issue and the time that we should fix it by in order not to incur any further problems. He also gave me options that would mean the least amount of damage on my home. I was really really pleased with their help when our water heater started leaking. I made the earliest appointment for the next day but they called back and said they were able to have someone come out within 20 minutes- the office was staff I talked to were kind, helpful, and clear. It meant a lot that they took the time to call me back with that immediate service- it was no extra charge for emergency or same day service. Kameron was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issue very clearly. The whole process of changing our water heater was seamless- he had it done the same day and followed up with us on everything and was kind, courteous, and clear. Would highly recommend To the T plumbing.

Cody and Max were knowledgeable and fun to work with. They checked out our furnace and did an annual cleaning. They recommended a plan for annual checkup of furnace, air conditioner and plumbing which will save us money. They gave us information on a whole house air purifier system called Halo. They inspected a system we have for crawl space ventilation giving us an estimate for repairs. We appreciate all of their advice. We have used To the T before and will use them again. Highly recommend them!

The technician that they sent out made no attempt to diagnose or repair my hot water heater. They took the cover off, looked at it for 5 minutes, then said it could take several weeks to diagnose and they were likely not going to be able to repair it. They then presented me with an estimate of $8,300 to replace it. When I researched replacement units I discovered that they only cost around $1,200 to purchase new. I called Blue Sky Plumbing for a second opinion and they were able to come out and service it for $89.

We are so grateful for the team at To The T Plumbing! We had them out for an estimate on some plumbing work and appreciated how quickly they were able to get everything scheduled and were flexible with our tricky timing. We ended up needing to call them super last minute for a bit of emergency plumbing too and they were quick and took care of our issues so promptly. Nothing but friendly, clear, and efficient service from everyone! Shout outs to Courtney and Brisa in the office, and Kevin, Cody, and Toby for all their hard work! Will definitely use them again in the future! It's great to have peace of mind knowing the work was done right.

Our air conditioner went bad and our service with To the T plumbing and air conditioning was excellent. Quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and replaced them and cleaned the unit all within 24hours. Could not be happier.

After attempting a diy to a leaky pipe causing damage to the ceiling in my garage with no success, I decided to contact a professional plumber. After calling 2 other companies , 1 didn't answer, and the other couldn't make it. I found To the T. Janae sent Tony Romero, who was prompt and friendly. He explained the whole process in a clear, concise, and complete manner before presenting the estimate and getting the job done in a very quick and efficient way. Although I didn't have the luxury of comparing prices, I'm very satisfied with the timeliness and workmanship.
