First of all, I’m pretty handy with about anything that happens regarding plumbing and I know how to get things done. Having said that I called them because it was under a slab of concrete 6 inches thick and I drilled a hole and I located the leak thanks to a good renter that noticed the floor was warm. What the heck the floor is warm? That’s weird. They came out. They gave me a bid and I watched them perform the work . they laid out there drop cloths vacuumed everything even vacuumed the hot water heater and then he carefully removed the tile that was covering the area and preserved it completely. He proceeded to dig it out with a jackhammer boom, then carefully found the leak cut the section out that had a pinhole and gave it to me as a gift. They also gave me a great phone holder as a gift. I like phone holders. Good job, Steve and Carson

This place is great. An actual human picked up the phone and they got to me as soon as possible, they also gave me a reasonable price. Jared had outstanding customer service and the work he did on our water heater was nothing but exceptional. This place got their phone number saved to my contacts. Good quality stuff here.

Royal Plumbing helped us to install a new water heater today and the experience was easy and seamless. Carson our technician was courteous and professional. The quote provided a few different options for warranty levels and was very reasonable compared to a quote we received from a different company the day before. Between coming out to provide the quote and completing the work it was all done in a single day. Would highly recommend working with them if you're in the Thornton CO area.

My inside sprinkler shut off valve was old and not seating properly. Unfortunately it was not something I could do since the valve was soldered on to the copper pipes. Finding a good plumber is hard and none of my neighbors could recommend anyone. Royal Services had good reviews so I took a chance.

The technician Steve was extremely competent, thoughtful, considerate and thorough. He did a quick inspection of water connected devices, explained what he’d do to fix my problem and presented the job cost to me. The cost was more than I hoped even after some discounting however the work needed to be done.

Steve is one of those professionals you don’t have to check up on as he knows exactly what has to be done and the most efficient way to do it (experience). Excellent workmanship along with being a nice human being. I wish the cost was less but I have no qualms about the quality of work done and in today’s world that’s a good end result. I would use Steve again without hesitation and keep putting away a little money for future repairs.

We’ve been using Royal Services Plumbing since we moved to the Westminster area several years ago. Everyone has been professional and easy to deal with. Dylan came and replaced our water heater. He came the day we called, which is nice when dealing with water heaters. He did a great job- clean and well done.

I had 5ish plumbers quote our job and Royal was not only the most communicative and quickest to come out to see the work, but also ended up being the best pricing. It was still pricey, because it’s plumbing, but they had a no surprises acopio approach that I really appreciated.

We worked with Jared and he was great. He was super patient with our chaotic, “just moved in and still painting and everything” home environment. He worked hard to get the work done and went above and beyond to make sure we could knock out the broader project we had on our plate.

I would recommend Royal and Jared to friends and family, because I had the best experience with them after reaching out to several of the area plumbers.

Going into the holidays we were frustrated to realize our hot water heater was no longer working. I called and got a few quotes from various vendors. Royal Service does a free visit to give a proper estimate. They were willing to work with us and make a replacement happen within our budget. Carson was our tech and he was incredibly thorough and very considerate. His work is impressive. I highly recommend the team here.

Steve is the most competent and hardworking tradesperson I have ever met, hands down. Spent hours to diagnose a water heater issue that wasn’t even related to the plumbing, but the ventilation around the water heater. When our water heater broke 6 months later (unrelated issue), he was back to fix it up same day, and also replaced a basement toilet that was broken. It ended up being 8 hours total of installation on a last minute notice and he was professional and personable the entire time. Extremely hard worker and extremely competent. With an 8 month old baby we want to bed one night and we’re alerted to a leak coming from our hot water heater. Our house main shut off was corroded and not operational so we had to shut it off at the street…no water for the family. Royal showed up early the next day and helped my family first get an isolation valve at the water heater so my wife and baby had water to use! An extremely thoughtful installer who diagnosed the problem with excellent communication and worked through several issues in my house for a fair price. Jeff was amazing, curious and clean, got us a new water heater and main shut off installed same day so my family and I were back to regular operation in no time. Will definitely call them next time I have any issues. Jeff was great and we couldn’t speak more highly of the service provided. Thanks Royal!

Was pleasantly surprised at how professional and punctual Dylan was. Arrived on time during the appointment window and provided a reasonable estimate. The work was done quickly, quietly, and what seems to be high quality. Job was finished within the time estimated and looked extremely well installed. Work was finished the same day as quote, and Dylan appeared to have done the work of 2 employees. Would certainly recommend and will call for future services.

I had them replace a hot water tank, install a new main shutoff valve, and fix a dripping sink and a running toilet. The work was done cleanly and correctly, and they took the time to explain everything along the way.

I would definitely recommend To the T! They were able to schedule me the day I called. They assessed my furnace and repaired several small leaks in the piping. The techs, Kevin and Daniel, were both very professional and were very thorough. While fixing the furnace they also found several issues with the initial pipe installation and were able to address those on the spot. This was a great experience and I will definitely call them for future heating and plumbing needs.

We had an emergency with our water heater on Sunday night. Called To the T and I was sent a free estimate right after I sent pictures. To the T came out the next day and completed the work. Great communication with the 24 hour service line. Megan got me scheduled and dispatched the tech within 24 hours. Great service. Max did a great job with the install. Would defiantly recommend this company. Great experience.

They quoted me $450 for a toilet leak inspection and, thinking that was their 'max' price and they would not charge as much if the inspection determined the issue was not severe, I signed the estimate.

I kid you not, he inspected for less than 5 minutes and determined the leak was due to not having a wax seal. I asked him to reconsider the price but I knew that the signature meant I was at their mercy. He declined and said it was company pricing.

I'm thoroughly disappointed. To unscrew 2 bolts and lift the toilet, and move it to the side, cost me $450. Why would any company not be reasonable enough to see that's not a fair price anywhere in Denver.

I cleaned out the bathroom for the technician to have enough space to work. Nothing was done to inconvenience him. $450/5mins is a crazy rate to make as a plumber.

Then I was quoted another $200 for fixing the wax after the fact. Will not be using To The T Plumbing again, and neither will our family and friends. Disappointed.

Toby and Cody from to the T plumbing were amazing! They let me know everything they were doing and were very quick with fixing my shower! Definitely recommend!! Also signed up for their club plan which has so many benefits and very reasonably priced.

Had a single hole kitchen faucet replacement performed. Provided the fixture so I figured I would be charged 1 hour labor plus transit fee. The plumber was very competent and efficient, but when it came time to pay the billing app wanted me to pay $750. That is outrageous! After a few minutes of negotiation between plumber and office got the bill down to $450. Still on high side, but because the plumber (Cody) was great to work with I agreed. I should have asked for estimate when I called for appointment last week.

To the T and Toby were incredible. We had something time sensitive that we wanted checked out same day and they made it happen. Toby was personable, helpful in explaining things and they didn’t charge for the trip charge and diagnostic. We will definitely use them for any future needs.
