If they had more stars I would give it to this company! Great people to work with right from the start. Yes, they do have a telephone service which picks up your call but it is thorough in asking and responding to your questions you almost feel like you are speaking with a human who cares. Fast service and friendly people. A friend referred them to us and I am so thankful and pleased!

Royal Service Plumbing provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were patient, thorough, and spent nearly an entire day carefully investigating the issue until they found the root of the problem and repaired it. The two technicians who came out were both professional and knowledgeable, and they even called in the owner to ensure the repair was done accurately and effectively.

I also really appreciate that they charge based on the scope of the job rather than by the hour, it felt incredibly fair and reasonable for the amount of work they put in. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and highly recommend them!

Dave, thanks for sending Scott and Jared out to fix the disaster from the previous plumber. They were great. See before and after photos below. Notice the difference, enough said? You all saved the reputation of the plumbing industry.

Royal services and Jared were great in helping me out of a jam. They were willing to work with me under unusual circumstances when other plumbing companies refused. The people at Royal services are amazing people. My water heater broke. I called in the morning and they were putting a new one in a few hours later. Jared did a great job of explaining what was going on and offering different solutions. Always a great experience. I use then for all my plumbing needs.

Don’t second guess yourself!!! Just book these guys!!!!!! Customer service, kind and genuinely caring workers, clean up, all 10/10!! My husband and I just bought a house and unfortunately have run across too many things that need emergency work done. Carson came out to look at our gutters; they go under the ground and drain out, but they were clogged and not draining. Carson did everything he could to unclog them, but the previous home owners completely damaged them. They came back with a crew of 4 for 2 days and a crew of two to finish on the third day. They dug out our old collapsed/clogged lines, retrenched and re directed them, and included our sump pump to drain into one of the drainage lines. They literally did everything they possibly could to make this difficult emergency, a lot less stressful. They also have financing! Thank you Royal Services for all your hard work!!!! We are customers for LIFE now!

Steve was the technician that installed a new hot water heater. Steve was prompt, very thorough and knowledgeable. I am more than satisfied and highly recommend this company.

Royal plumbing services was excellent. They came out on a Sat night to fix an emergency situation I was having. It wasn't completely fixed/kind of a new issue popped up and they came back to help me. Both plumbers (Carson and Steven) were very kind and patient explaining what they thought was going on. They were also very kind and patient with my dogs who were barking. I would definitely call them again if I need more plumbing work.

I called Royal Services Plumbing around 9am on Sunday and my call was answered by a person within just a few rings! Their man, Dylan R, was at my house in less than 2 hours, assessed my repair, and had my pipe repaired by 12:30! I don't wish plumbing issues on anyone, but if you have one, give Royal Services a call.

Very timely service! We’ve used them before to replace our main water shut off. They do great work and pricing is very competitive! Steve and Carson came out to complete a much bigger project in conjunction with our basement bathroom remodel. We had cast iron pipe under the concrete in our basement replaced, as well as replacing and fixing our clean out which was fused shut and unusable. Finally they also fixed the flange for the toilet connection. They got here around 10am and were here until about 7pm as we had multiple projects for the one visit. Very competitive pricing compared to the quotes we got, and we will continue to call them for future plumbing needs!

Top notch service. Great response. I Had an emergency situation with my sprinkler manifold that could have been a disaster. I called other shops and they couldn’t get me in for days and that would’ve been too late. It was a relatively small repair but it needed fast attention and they did just that. The tech they sent out was professional and knowledgeable and gave awesome service. It was a bit expensive for the scope of work - but then again I didn’t have the ability to do it myself and it would’ve cost me thousands - so overall - great!

Excellent service from initial quote visit, to making the appointment for work, to getting the work done and clean up!! Appreciated Steve's patience in talking through our issue and providing us options for solutions. We got three quotes to fix a leaking waste line and this was the most reasonable in both price and solution! This is the company to call! They are absolutely fantastic. I have had them come out a couple of times and have been extremely happy. Steve is an absolute gem of a person and took such great care with explaining everything and was happy to answer questions along the way. I had an unexpected problem with my kitchen sink, and needed someone to come out ASAP. Steve from Royal Services Plumbing came out within an hour from my initial call and totally fixed the problem, and also did some additional checkups to let me know about future maintenance I will need to consider.

All in all, I was extremely happy with Steve's courteous and professional manner, his quick arrival, and his courteous and professional demeanor. My kitchen sink and garbage disposal are running good as new now; because of this, Steve has made me a Royal Services Plumbing customer for life!!

Carson was great! He fixed the main issue along with a couple other things all in the same day. I was also able to get an apt the same day I called, which was important considering there was a risk my basement would slowly start to flood. Fair pricing and would use again/recommend to neighbors/friends.

Carson from Royal Plumbing is an absolute legend. He came in, fearlessly replaced our toilet and sink faucet in what can only be described as a slightly creepy bathroom, and didn’t even flinch.
On top of that, he calmly tolerated our army of cats while staying super friendly, professional, and efficient.
If you want great plumbing work done by a genuinely nice human who can survive both odd bathrooms and feline supervision, Carson is your guy.

Carson came out on a Saturday evening, merely an hour after we called due to a faucet that would not shut off and had already started flooding our garage. He calmly diagnosed the issue, offered multiple solutions and, based on our desire to have this fixed once and not need to be dealt with (ever :) ) again, ultimately replaced the worn-out faucet with a durable, all-temperature one in addition to installing a dedicated shutoff valve in our crawlspace (as a bit of insurance). Thank you so much - great service and cannot recommend Carson and Royal Services enough!
