Don let me know Moen parts are guaranteed for life. I called Moen, and was so impressed with Moen; they have great customer service. Received replacement parts within 10 days and Don came back to finish fixing sink faucets. All is good now. I would definitely recommend Don with Phi. Reasonable pricing.!

We had a non-urgent issue with several plumbing areas in our home including a busted backflow valve for our sprinkler system. I called Don and he came over right on time, fixed everything up in top order, and was very conscious and reasonable with respect to cost. Don is also a very friendly dude and we had a great conversation in-between all that. It's nice to know we have a good plumber in the area, thanks Don!

Service in Jan 2022 - Called to get a shower valve fixed. Was able to get me in timely, was professional and good value. Thankfully, while working on my shower, we discovered my old water heater was done. Had a new water heater installed by him later that afternoon. In addition, he help me see where the subfloor was wet, pulled up carpeting and getting fans going, and provided contacts to help with proper floor fans and reassembly. Definitely would recommend.

We had quite a lot of work for Don, and it was complicated by some non-standard existing plumbing. He was efficient, communicative, reliable, and fair. His price was very affordable, and we are comfortable knowing he addressed our concerns. Even our pets trusted him - the dog didn't bark and the cat came out of her hidey hole.

I contacted Don this morning needing a water heater installed. He came same day and charged significantly less than the larger local companies quoted for the same work. Extremely professional and timely service from a local guy.

I had a busted outdoor faucet that was leaking into my basement and could have potentially caused serious problems. Donald came out within 25 minutes of me calling him; he was extremely professional, explained to me what he was going to do and that it would be a fairly simple task to complete. Within 2 hours he had me set up with a new valve and fixed my leak! His pricing was fair and competitive to the other plumbing service I spoke with about my leak. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the Thornton, or surrounding area!

I was in need of a water heater replacement. I contacted PHI Plumbing Services (Don), based on his positive reviews. Don came out, inspected what needed to be completed but also noticed that my water heater should still be under warranty. Sure enough after contacting the manufacturer, it was! Because of Don spotting that, he was able to return my old water heater and pick up a brand new replacement for a fraction of the price which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars.

Don the owner was very prompt on his initial replies (we actually had reached out to several other plumbing companies and they never responded for obtaining a quote) and he showed up on time for install. Was friendly and professional and was very neat during the install and was very clean. Would definitely use him again and also recommend his company.

Don helped find a hidden frozen pipe during Denver’s recent deep freeze. He was able to isolate the issue behind our walls and fix it with very little disruption. No other plumbers would call back and my home warranty couldn’t get a plumber to commit to coming within 48 hours.
