Not happy with this service. Overpriced for what they provide and they don’t try to understand the actual problem, but fix the symptoms. They came multiple times for a flushing issue, and I still had a problem. Got another plumber to come out and he recognized the problem right away as a main line issue. “Amazing” plumbing didn’t have the expertise to understand the underlying issue. Very disappointed. Giving two stars because the guy that did come was friendly.

I've gotten work done from this company a couple time. Very professional, clean and efficient. They always come out in a timely manner as well. I highly recommend them!

David answered his phone on the 3rd ring. Was incredibly professional and kind. Gave me his availability. Wasn’t too prideful to do a quick toilet clog. Came right over that same day. Didn’t charge me a whole lot. (After all the quotes I was getting). AND I was late to the estimate. He was still so kind and nice.
I WILL BE USING HIM AGAIN FOR FUTURE NEEDS AND REFERRALS.

David was honest, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. He replaced an old leaking shower valve which required cutting the tile and did not break it saving us from having to hire a tile contractor. There was a minor issue after he left and we called him and he came right back. I would highly recommend his services and thank him for taking great care when we had this urgent plumbing need.

Called with a clogged main line on a Sunday morning, and got a very quick response. Ours was a known problem, and they listened to what I mentioned that has worked in the past. Walter came out super quickly, and had everything cleared, and cleaned within an hour. Very reasonable price for emergency service too. Super impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, and promptness. I've worked as a general contractor, and in Highrise Building Engineering. I've used a lot of different contract services, and these guys truly stand out. Highly recommend.

We cannot say enough about Amazing Plumbing Solutions after they replaced the mainline in our home. David and his team were really great to work with. We were nervous as this was our first big project since buying our home and he was very assuring and walked us through everything.

The team was very polite, they worked in our home for a week and I was able to work from home during this time as they worked quietly. Even our neighbor commented on how great the work crew was. They showed our home, family, and pet respect throughout the process. There were no surprises and we were kept up to date throughout the process.

They ended each day by ensuring that they cleaned up after themselves and at the end of the project did their best to make our home look like it did when they first began working.

I called so many plumbers from 6-8pm on a Sunday night when our basement bath flooded from the washer and dishwasher running. Every single plumber that was advertised as 24/7 was not available to come till the Monday between 8am-12pm. New were unable to use any water and everything we did just seemed to make the problem worse. I came across Amazing Plumbing Solutions and gave them a call they showed up within 45minutes! Unclogged our pipes with and hour and was reasonably priced for the service. Well priced and friendly services and most importantly able to help right away!

Emailed Amazing Plumbing last night after another company didn't show up for an appointment. I was pretty desperate because my shower leak required the water in my entire house to be turned off and had been like that for a few days.

David text back immediately asked for some photos, gave me options and a quote and was at my home at 8am this morning ready to fix it for me. Not only was the fix fast and perfect. He was quiet and respectful while I worked from home ( and super nice to my dogs). He fixed the original leaking area, and installed the other fixtures for me and cleaned up the whole area. AND gave me a great recommendation for drywall repairs.

Been using David's services for a couple years now. I had him out recently and when I mentioned that I was laid off not only did he not charge me for coming out he helped me tackle the project myself.

My property management company attempted to contract with this company. Dave from Amazing Plumbing was supposed to call me at a specific time to set up an appointment, he didn't call until 3.5 hours later. When he called, he got angry with me after I corrected him when he misheard or misunderstood what I said about my availability the next day. Dave wouldn't drop the subject until I insisted and I tried to move forward and was hostile and unprofessional throughout the call. I would feel very unsafe with him coming to my house and am mildly afraid that my property management company provided him with my address.

Dave was terrific. We had a big leak and he took care of it. He also vacuumed a lot of the water out of our carpet. We were stressed and he is calm and efficient..

David was recommended to me by a friend who'd had a good experience with him and I'm glad she did! I had a repair that my home warranty couldn't find a contractor for, so they gave me a limited timeline to find my own. David was able to be there and diagnosed and completed the repairs within a DAY. He graciously wrote out his invoices in the format that we needed to get reimbursed by our warranty and was overall very helpful for us. Definitely keeping his contact info for future work!

Amazing plumbing is exactly what they did. Had issues with our plumbing and Amazing Plumbing came late in evening without hesitant. Did an excellent job of unclogging the debri in our pipe. We received courtesy, respect and an explanation of what was being done. Then a camera was done to show us what was going on with our plumbing. Very good pricing and excellent job done. Edit: My hot water heater just died and David and crew promptly installed a new one (hundreds less than the home depot contractor...)
