Called to get someone to come give estimate for multi thousand dollar job- was told it would be $80 service fee. Literally says free estimates on website in multiple locations. Won’t use for this reason.

David arrived and was very professional, replaced a whole unit in just a little over an hour! Would highly recommend to who needs his assistance!

There's a guy named Walter that works there that came to my home unannounced and rang my doorbell like 10x! Then, he goes to get my neighbor, so she could knock on my door. He then proceeded to call me a "Rude lady". First of all its required by LAW to give the tenant at LEAST a 24 hour notice. I was super upset and called to complain but it doesnt seem like anything was done about it. Ill never use or recommend thos company.

Had a smell coming from my sewer and the gentlemen who picked up walked me through what might be going on and what I should do to correct it. Although I didn’t “use” their services this time I have saved their number to use the for future plumbing needs because of their exceptional customer service.

I had an appointment on Monday February 1st 2021. My time slot was 12-2 no one ever showed up or called. I called 3 times and no one ever answered. So I called on February 2 2021 at 9:15am and talked to David. He confirmed I had an appointment on the 1st and was going to call the technician and see what happened and then call me back. Well he never called me back so I called again and he wont pick up. Really bad customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone
