Last minute hero!!! Never realized how much you miss hot water until you don’t have it. Don, answered the call without going through any service. He was willing to work me into his schedule for a hot water heater replacement on same day. He arrived as scheduled and completed the installation of a water heater in under two hours and removed the old one. All this going down tight stairwell without a scratch. Excellent job, quick service, and most of all, beat quotes from 6 other plumbing companies. That is SERVICE. Highly recommend!!!

Don installed all the plumbing on my parents addition in Northglenn. He did a great job. Years later he did the bathroom in the basement for my parents. He worked on my tear out and remodel of my bathroom at my house. Very reasonable and fast. He's our go to plumber.

I had a broken PVB valve for my irrigation system that needed replacement. Don came out the same day, and took care of it within an hour as I told him I needed to head out soon.

He did a great job, very clean solder work and even cleaned up the excess that fell on the ground. He also took the time to note some precautions I should take when winterizing etc.

Don and PHI do great work and once he was done we had nice chat. Highly recommend their service!

Great service. Found PHI Plumbing and Don via Google searching around locally for a licensed plumber. My house is about 20 years old and needed to replace my 10-year-old water heater which had sprung a leak. I wanted someone local, knowledgeable, and experienced.

Don was great to work with. We spoke over the phone and gave me a general ballpark idea of what it was going to cost me to replace it. After doing the bid dance with a couple of other local companies including going to Lowes to see what their installer would charge, I decided to go with Don / PHI as they were to most competitive and straightforward with me. The other guys kept providing expensive options and up sales.

He was able to get me in immediately and had the material ready to go in his work van. The installation was very quick and was able to get my new water heater up and running. Clean, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Don has been doing our plumbing for years. I wouldn't call anyone else. He friendly, very responsive and most importantly very good at what he does. He recently replaced our water heater and was able to schedule it right away, order good quality parts and got it done at a fair price.

Came by on time knew his stuff and did a great job.

He reworked everything under my kitchen sink and even went above by making sure my pull out faucet weight didn’t need my bungee cord hack. All of this and I didn’t feel over charged.

Not to mention he was in and out.

We had to call Royal Services Plumbing on a weekend. They responded quickly, thank goodness. When Jared came out, he was professional and thorough. He addressed all concerns, made sure all my questions were answered, and most of all, resolved our issue. The pricing and discussion about solutions was transparent without any pressure, and in the end, was very reasonably priced. I would use them again for any minor or major need.

I had a water leak on my main water line as it came into the house. Fortunately they were able to cut part of the foundation concrete to get access to the pipe. They diagnosed the problem and were able to repair it. Jared and Dylan showed up promptly. They were friendly, professional and very competent. I think the cost was a little expensive but the bottom line is that it is fixed and I avoided having to spend money to abate the water damage if it would have continued. They also replaced the shutoff valve making it much easier to shot off water to the house.

I had a water problem on a Sunday. I left a message and received a text within a few minutes that they would be able to help first thing Monday morning. Dylan showed up on time and quickly identified and resolved the problem. I’ll definitely use them again!

We had a leak at one of our rental houses on a Sunday morning. Royal services took great care of us! They returned our phone call within five minutes, had a technician there very quickly and performed the repair that day. Dillon R was super courteous and communicated with our tenants and took care of everything. It was seamless for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The price was very fair. We will definitely use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

They responded within 3-5 minutes to my request and arrived within 1-2 hours. Jared was professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Royal Services is fast, thorough, and fairly priced. Carson came out to do a free estimate for an outdoor plumbing leak and from the minute he arrived his service was professional, thorough, and transparent. He spent much longer with me than any other company did -- from explaining options to laying out the plan for repair and being upfront about possible issues. He was incredibly transparent, and a pleasure to work with!
Like many Denver homes, ours is over 100 years old and the space to access this particular plumbing issue was extremely tight and awkward, but Carson managed to get everything done quickly, cleanly, and efficiently!
