Everyone from the beginning to end were professional, fast, and provided quality work! I was so stressed due to water damage in our home and Elements made the process as easy as possible. I would highly recommend!

Casey was easy to work with and the work was done well and fast. The workers were friendly and very detail oriented. Will definitely use them again!

My cousin had a leak in his bathroom and water wouldn't stop coming out the valve where the toilet connects to the wall. We couldn't get the water to stop so we decided to call K.C @ Elements of construction he was on time and helped us stop the water. After he fixed the valve he explained that he might have water behind the walls which can turn into mold he was very knowledgeable and didn't push us into anything he just explained everything that could potentially happen and my cousin ended up hiring him to clean up all the water and replace anything that needed it he was fast and very professional if you find yourself in need of any construction or water restoration I would definitely recommend him to anybody....

I walked into my father in laws house to find a bursted pipe and 5 inches of water throughout the house. I’m glad i called casey and his team at elements of restoration. He handled everything with the insurance company and made the repairs quickly with no issues. We need more companies like this one.

I own many rental properties and have used other companies in the past. But these guys were quick to respond. And Lyn was very informative and talked to me so I could understand what the process was going to be. I would absolutely recommend Elements for anyone needing flood damage done. Hands down the best I have ever delt with. And the only company I will go with in the future if I ever should have a problem .

My wife and I contacted Elements of Construction to do some home repairs. We also needed them to correct some work another contractor did for our remodel. After having worked with several contractors during our remodel, we found Elements of Construction was heads above everyone we dealt with previously. Very professional but more importantly the work they did was on point! They also consulted with us all during the process. Another thing, we found their pricing to be extremely reasonable. We are very happy with their service and will only use them in the future for any home repairs or remodels that we will do in the future. We would highly recommend them to all that inquire. 5 Stars is actually not a high enough rating for Elements of Construction.

They had someone at our house within 30 minutes of calling. Keith and the crew were fast and very efficient and went above and beyond caring for our home and everything in it.

After a mold scare, a young man by the name of Logan came by my house to make sure all was A OKAY. Despite my fears, he was professional, quick, and very knowledgeable. He informed me everything is okay, and I should start using more fans.

I hired Casey to finish the other half of my basement and build a guest room down there. They were AWESOME. Took my half baked ideas and minimal instruction and built a great room. Came in on time and under budget.

Be careful with this company. While they seemed great at first and were prompt that quickly changed through the process. They used an unnecessary amount of equipment in the dry out process to inflate the bill and charged a ridiculous amount in which my insurance was able to get them down. They promised me they would help us through start to finish but as soon as they got there money from insurance for the water mitigation communication stopped. Lynn there project manager did a horrible job and left us in the middle of the process in which we had to hire another company to finish up the rebuild. Extremely good at playing on a homeowners fear in an emergency situation to rush us through the process in the beginning. DONT USE this company. As I dig deeper as well on the BBB website it shows they are not accredited even though they advertise that they are. Poor customer service and I deeply regret using this company.

I had a great experience with this company. I don’t usually don’t leave reviews but the service of this company was unmatched. I had a pipe burst at 3AM, and called everyone around. Lynn and Casey were quick to respond and dealt with the task immediately. I would recommend this company and their services!

The guys did a great job. They were very thorough in making sure all areas affecting by the flooding were dry and cleaned up. Very friendly and communicated to me on everything that needed to b le done.

Lyn and the whole elements team are first class. They’re timely, courteous, and thorough. I had several floods in a week and the team was super responsive and did thorough work. Javier, Patrick, Cesar, and Octavio are great! Would recommend!

I had some flooding and water damage due to a broken shower valve. After the emergency plumbing work was done, the crew at Elements of Restoration responded in a timely manner, took all necessary steps to dry and clean up any water mess. Close monitoring was performed to make sure everything was being done properly and effectively.
They were very responsive through the entire process and they didn't have any problems answering my questions and/or explaining things clearly to me. They were also respectful while in my home. My home owner's insurance company was involved and they were really good to communicate with them which made that whole process much easier on me as well.
If you're looking for a really good and reliable restoration team, I strongly recommend Elements of Restoration to take care of you the way they did me.

We had an unexpected water disaster after one of our kids flooded the downstairs toilet and unfortunately, no one noticed until it was too late. Within a short time, this company was at our door and ready to help.

From the moment they arrived, they were professional, kind, and incredibly thorough. They took time to assess the situation, explain exactly what was happening (even behind the walls), and walk us through what needed to be done — step by step. Despite the chaos of our home (four kids and two dogs!), they were patient, respectful, and never made us feel like an inconvenience.

They checked moisture levels inside the walls, helped us understand the risks, and guided us in making informed decisions. They even treated the concrete with the necessary antimicrobial spray to help prevent future issues.

I walked up to his truck just as he was about to leave and asked if there was any chance he would be able to help me. Not only did he assist me without having appointment scheduled, he was so kind and patient with my problem. I will definitely be using his services in the future. This is a great company!
