I primarily worked with Keith and Javier, who were the definition of professional. They were not only extremely knowledgeable, but they also pinpointed the source of the leak with impressive speed and immediately began the mitigation process, clearly explaining every step they were taking.

This level of excellence extends to the entire company. Every interaction, from the technicians on-site to the scheduling and communication with the office staff, was seamless and pleasant. In a high-stress situation, you want a team that is competent, communicative, and efficient. Elements of Restoration is that team. I wish I could give Elements of Restoration 10 stars! I don’t know how I got so lucky finding this company! We live in Boulder (Sublette County) Wyoming and it was hard to find anyone to work here. Elements of Restoration was the only company willing to work here AND come out in a reasonable amount of time. These people are here for you and have your best interests in mind when working with you. I had the pleaser to work with Travis and I am so grateful for all his help. They work fast and hard for you.
