I would not recommend this company. They work directly with Lennar, and complete all the landscaping for their new homes. I have been attempting to have our Kentucky Coffee tree replaced or cared for since we purchased our home in 05/2022. They drag their feet on responding back to the builder and the homeowner, so they can tell you, "it's outta warranty, and that it is just lacking water", although it gets plenty of water! Amber is condescending, and flat out refused to help. Not to mention, it only took me leaving 3 messages to finally get a call back. Some leaves are brown / dead, and the green ones are droopy and hard at the touch. Pictures do not justify what it really looks like.

Love these landscapers! Easy to work with, fast, and a great attention to quality and detail. They're affordable too! We love our yard and highly recommend Mill Brothers.

Jimmy was very helpful! He noticed we looked confused during our sprinkler Blowout and walked us through what to do for each step. He also offered to circle back in case we needed help again. He was super friendly and so helpful.

Jimmy was absolutely phenomenal during our neighborhood sprinkler “blow-out.” I flagged him down as he was passing by. He was so kind and generously explained the whole process and even showed me where things were located and what to do next when it was our sections time. He even helped me reprogram my sprinkler systems, so come spring it would work properly. Jimmy went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Mill brothers have been working with the Tailholt Community since we were established. They have been responsive to all our needs and the results are evident! I got to speak with an employee by the name of Taylor who was very polite and knowledgeable on the community irrigation blow-our this past weekend. Mill Brothers recently helped us with a project on the Fossil Ridge High School Varsity Baseball Field and they did an absolutely amazing job. The work they accomplished will serve the baseball program and community proudly for 2024 season and beyond. We cannot thank them enough and we will be using Mill Brothers again for any future projects. Highly recommended.

Mill Brothers completed a large, gorgeous xeriscape conversion of our back and side yards. Their gifted designer, Jeremy Monahan, transformed our rough ideas into something better than we could have ever imagined. Mill Brothers’ crew, led by Glen, labored tirelessly from 7:30-5:30 every day, making sure the ground was compacted and each moss rock was artistically placed. The crew was a joy to be around, communicated excellently, and our jobsite was clean and orderly. Special kudos for handling last-minute requests! Our highest recommendation for Mill Brothers’ team! The pictures prove their abilities!

Jimmy was so much help with our sprinkler blowout. My husband and I just moved into a new home and we didn't have any experience with blowing out our sprinklers. Our HOA sent out an email stating that Mill Brothers would be providing air and assistance today and we felt we had to leave a review since Jimmy really went above and beyond assisting us and explaining things multiple times until we really understood how to do it and he even found our irrigation valve box for us, which was behind our fence and under native grass (making it really hard to find) and put a flag on it so we would be able to find it easily in the future.

Mill Brothers did an outstanding job with our backyard project. They totally transformed our backyard from a dirt hill to a little oasis with a built in fire pit, boulder retaining wall, and stone patio. Alissa designed everything beautifully, working with us to make changes along the way, and perfectly executing the natural aesthetic we were looking for. Glenn was great with communication and provided frequent updates while also coordinating with our electrician and gas plumber to run lines for a hot tub, sauna and fire pit. We received multiple compliments from our neighbors, not only about how great everything turned out, but also how respectful the crew was while they completed everything. We are so happy with how everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great landscaping company.

29 days after work was to be completed. Austin is still not done. Worst service ever. I will have to hire a new contractor to finish and fix the poor quality work Austin provided.

Austin and his crew were very professional and very detail oriented. Always responded when I have questions or concerns. We will definitely use them for my future projects.

These guys were amazing. I had a chimney replaced. The crew was professional and efficient. Austin was great to work with and my chimney is better constructed than original builder. I will hire them again in a heartbeat.

Still waiting for completion on a project that was supposed to be finished in November 2019! We have been put off and put off again. Were told it would be 100% finished by the end of June. There has been no work done on the project since December and with one day left in the month we still have a window that is supposed to be replaced, a window that was installed wrong that should be fixed, a backyard that needs to be leveled with all dirt and debris removed, a fence that was cut down instead of a section taken down that needs to be replaced, and no completed permit with the city. Your job may run smoothly in the beginning, but deadlines are rarely met, emails rarely returned, and phone calls never answered.

Requested a quote and never showed.

Now you are going to lie and fabricate things. You failed to show up so how could this even have occurred. Even more reason for people to avoid your business:

Sorry Joshua Yoder, but as a business owner we make decisions in the best interest of the client and Black Rhino Custom. In your situation we needed you to get a structural engineer to come evaluate the home for the work that needed to be completed and you didn't want to do that. We couldn't do the work you wanted without the structural engineer!

I never write poor reviews nor do I like to complain, although this company is by far the worst.. My uncle hired them to remodel his bathroom, kitchen, flooring, and a few other things.. From the start the communication was close to non existent, was never on time. . This went on for roughly 6 months and none of the projects ever got completed.. Due to the flooring not being completed successfully my 80 yr old grandmother tripped on a gap and fell walking into the kitchen. . None of the baseboards were completed.. The cabinets in the kitchen were installed blocking heat vents, and another cabinet that was installed is unable to even be used due to the placement of it.. They covered the bathroom heating vent with drywall and never cut it out.. They never even replaced any of the heating vent covers through the entire house... The list goes on.. I honestly don't even think they deserve the 1 star although I had to in order to leave a review.. If you're looking to get any work done to your home I'D TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE..!! This company is by far the worst and they will leave you with uncompleted projects and your home looking worse than before and more importantly unsafe..
