Construction Company reviews in Westminster, Colorado

I've enjoyed working with Josh and team!

My wife and I have hired Josh Gilcreest and Canyon’s Construction Services for two separate projects, the second, the result of our great experience during the first. They remodeled a barn into an art studio for our first job (a very unique undertaking), and remodeled our basement for the second. Overall, Josh and his crew are of the highest integrity, were extremely pleasant to work with, very attentive to our goals, and provided us a superb end-game result for both projects.

From the start, and throughout each enterprise, they made every effort to understand and realize our vision. They provided us detailed and well thought out plans and options for review, choice, and modification, and executed the projects according to plan. Josh himself is extremely creative and innovative, and had many worthy design inputs. They were honest and upfront about costs, unforeseen problems, and errors that arose during construction, including issues we never would have noticed. They diligently held various sub-contractor’s feet to the fire to ensure the results of their efforts were of the highest quality. On the very rare occasion that we determined something needed to be corrected they were totally receptive to our concerns, and promptly addressed the issues to our satisfaction. Lines of communication were always open and any queries we had were responded to quickly. The completion of the studio project was delayed a couple of months because of an unanticipated COVID pandemic shut down, but the basement remodel was completed on time. Both were on budget.

The end result is we are very pleased with how both projects turned out (particularly given the studio project was accomplished during the height of the COVID pandemic), and would be happy to hire them for subsequent endeavors. We highly recommend Canyon’s Construction Services to anyone considering a home improvement construction project.

We are currently doing a full basement remodel with Canyon's Construction and I am incredibly satisfied with their work. Josh is a total expert and his staff is friendly and professional, and the communication is first rate. I get regular email updates and prompt messages if anything changes. They have everything lined up ahead of time and all I have to do is make a few decisions, which they always lay out for me in a simple fashion. Everything has gone according to schedule. Normally a project like this would be really stressful, but I am enjoying this project as it is totally stress-free for me. We've done multiple home remodel projects before and working with Canyon's is so much better than any other contractor we have hired in the past. Highly recommended!

I would rate them higher if Google allowed more than 5 stars. Josh and his team have a tremendous attention to detail and doing quality work. With constant communication throughout the project we were kept up to date on the progress of the work to be completed. From design through completion we had a great experience with Canyons Construction.

I am an architectural and interior designer and have worked with Josh Gilcreest and his company Canyon Construction on a number of projects. I have always been impressed with the very high quality, meticulous attention to detail, creative problem solving, accountability, and genuine caring about the desires, needs and wishes of my clients.
People who I have recommended to the company are really delighted with their work and consistently recommend them to others because of the high quality of care and workmanship.
I highly recommend them and will continue to work with them in the future!

Josh and his crew at Canyon Consultants did an incredible renovation and transformation of our small bungalow home, including opening up our kitchen space to create a more open and welcoming feel. We went from feeling cramped and crowded to creating a space that allowed for more injection, space and comfort .
It such a pleasure working with Josh and his crew. The final result is incredible. So impressed with the work, the timeliness and professionalism on this job! I would highly recommend Canyon's Construction Services

We hired Canyon's Construction to finish the basement of our home in north Boulder. They were not the first contractor we talked to, but from the very first meeting, Josh seemed to be listening and giving honest assessments of the project in a way that set them apart. Our experience throughout the project proved this is actually how Josh and the company work.

One of the most impressive aspects of working with Canyon's Construction was the quality of the project manager, Vince, and the subcontractors. Vince was very responsive (i.e. same day) to requests or concerns, and was always patient when we were indecisive on open issues.

I've never hired a company for a project where the subcontractors were of such consistent high quality. They were all easy to work with, and were clearly focused on doing good work (often above and beyond).

Reflecting on the project overall, I can't remember a single instance where something was agreed to and not delivered as promised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Canyon's Construction for the quality of their work, and how pleasant they are to work with.

This company does amazing work!! Highly recommend!

I've used Crossroads for several projects in Denver. Every project has problems that arise. Anthony & Co are reasonable and have the experience to find solutions that worked for me and my budget. I have referred them to friends and family...

I hired Crossroads Construction in fall 2019 to expand my master bathroom from a half-bath to a full bath. When friends more well-versed in construction visited, everybody mentioned they were pleased to see that CC rented a portable air filter for lung safety.

They did go over schedule due to unforeseen delays in subs. CC was very good at keeping the lines of communication open as to what happened, and what they're doing to remedy the situation.

Nearly a year later, I'm seeing no issues with any of the work they've done so far. If I have a chance to use them for another project, I'd be perfectly fine with using them again.

Just a quick review to mention that Crossroads Construction has done 2 jobs for my business; construction of an internal research laboratory, and additional electrical service upgrades. Everything was done quickly, the cost was reasonable, and they did a great job of minimizing disruption to the rest of my business during the work.

I will definitely be using Crossroads construction for my next expansion or, with a little luck, new facility build-out project.

We hired Crossroads for a full condo renovation after several other contractors walked away because they did not want to deal with a project in an elevator building in a downtown neighborhood with limited parking. Anthony and Jason were extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Crossroads expertly managed the entire project from budgeting to completion. Jason was on-site daily to oversee all aspects of the project while patiently dealing with setbacks caused by our difficult HOA board, neighbors, and building management company. We are extremely happy with the final results and would not hesitate to recommend Crossroads to friends and family. Choose Crossroads and you will not be sorry.

We worked with Crossroads Construction for a full home remodel and we were absolutely thrilled with the process and the results.

From the first meeting with Anthony, we could tell that we were dealing with a true professional. Crossroads had an architect that they were able to refer to handle all of the drawings and renderings. They provided us with a structural engineer to confirm our layout and structural wall changes. They also worked closely with the city to confirm all of the plans and we received our building permit on the very first review with the city.

Once construction began, the process only improved from there. There was a crew on site every day moving along the process of the job. Crossroad's superintendents where on the job every day and they maintained the upmost professionalism and timeliness of the job.

The final product of our renovation is better than we could have imagined. Every piece of the project came together perfectly and the attention to detail was second to none.

If you are thinking about a remodel (small or large), a commercial remodel or even a new-build, I would highly recommend Anthony and the team at Crossroads Construction.

We hired Crossroads Construction twice. They did such a fantastic job on our first project, we hired them to do an addition. Very high quality work and great attention to detail! They held to the schedule and our budget. Craftsmanship is outstanding. Friends who embarked on projects such as ours experienced problems and delays. We would not hesitate to use Crossroads Construction again, and we highly recommend them to others.

Crossroads Construction was great to work with. We did a full remodel top to bottom on a 50’s Ranch home in Denver which was a bigger job than we have done in the past. They were a referral from a good client of mine and I’m really glad we went with them. Anthony and Ryan were upfront and honest about the job costs and there weren’t any surprises. Will definitely use them again and refer them.

We used Crossroads Construction on a smaller but complicated project on the exterior of our home and it came out fantastic. We had problems with the replacement windows that were installed by the previous owners and Crossroads was able to find the issue and have a great solution. The communication with Anthony and his team was great. The project was done quickly and professionally. Thank you Crossroads team for a job well done.

Crossroads did an amazing job on remodeling our 1970's condo. Removed walls, replaced flooring, removed the popcorn ceilings, gutted the kitchen and master bathroom, every space in the condo was updated in someway. They were great to work with. We started out with Jason as our project manager, and then Ryan came on board and he saw our project through most of the job. He was amazing to work with, great attention to detail, checked and double check what we wanted, never assumed anything other than the work would be done right. We was great with all of the neighbors, reassuring them on any concerns they voiced. All and all we loved working with Crossroads, love our results, would hire them again and would highly recommend them as well!
