Been sitting at the door desk for over 1 hours just to pay for my screen door to be installed

John in windows and doors went above and beyond to help us create our customized door. He spent several hours after we left making different designs and emailed them to us. Thank you again for your help John!

I would highly discourage using this service. I paid for a tile installation in January. It was scheduled out to March which is fine. I got the bathroom prep stuff set up, the toilet removed etc. On Friday afternoon before the Monday install I get a message left on my voicemail that says call about your project. Monday morning no one shows up, I call around 11 AM and they say tiling is cancelled and they don't know when they will be able to get it done. No updated date, no information on getting the toilet reinstalled in the mean time. I call back, no answer, The next day I call and they say tiling install won't be until the end of May so 5.5 months after I paid for it and they say it's not their problem to get the toilet reinstalled, it's the store's. I call the store and they say in the Home Solutions job. And so I have an uninstalled toilet, no tile, no one can guarantee I won't be charged for the toilet uninstall and reinstall a second time and no guarantee the tiling will actually get done in May since they have told me they only have one installer for the greater Denver area and no back ups so if anything comes up they will just push it 2 to 3 months again. So 6 months is the best case scenario to get this project done but they make it clear they have no responsibility to get it done in that time frame. I would not use this service again for any home improvement projects and I highly recommend finding a different contractor group or just individual installers and plumbers yourself. The thing the service should offer, scheduling, and guaranteed completion of work it does not so better off handling things yourself.
Update: It's May, the day before the install date and they again call to say they never got the toilet pull set back up and if I don't do it myself they will have to reschedule the install another 3 months. I have already paid for this whole service including the toilet pull and reinstall and they just call the day before and say I have to do it or my install won't happen. I told them they need to refund the toilet pull and reinstall part of the bill and they said they don't deal with finances and set on a goose chase call hop. So they charge and take payment for services and then don't provide them and if I don't find a way to cover it myself they just don't do my install.
