Merry Maids did an amazing job with deep-cleaning my house! Highly recommended

Needed a deep clean and called Merry Maids in Westminster. Damilys came and did a great job! She was efficient and my home looked fantastic! It was so good that I have signed up for a monthly service.

Great experience, they were able to get someone out on very short notice and Yareli did an absolute amazing job. In fact she even went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend Merry Maids 👍

The care for their staff shows in the results provided to their clients! We can tell which of our carpet cleaning clients have used Merry Maids…their homes always look great! Merry Maids has been more than a business relationship, we consider them family. We are proud to partner with them!!

Hired them for a deep cleaning.
Needed a fast turnaround for photos for a home listing and they did accommodate me on that.
The problem was the cleaning. They did a mediocre job on most of it.
Missed a lot of little things like parts of baseboards were wiped and some weren’t. Didn’t do a wall in the shower, left dirt in the corners of some of the floors, left streaks on most of the windows and worst of all, took some dusty things off the shelves and threw them on my newly cleaned clothes and bedding that were sitting on my bed, and didn’t even bother to put them back on the shelf. Managements solution was they wanted to send them back.
It was too late, the photos were already taken and if they did that poor of a job the first time I wasn’t willing to have them back.
All they did was wipe things down, not clean.
Whether that was time pressure from management or something else, I was very unhappy with the work they did and for the price they charged

***UPDATED*** After speaking with the owner, he agreed that this isn’t how they do things and refunded a portion of the cost.
I’m glad I got to speak with him and appreciated him apologizing for the service on that day. I may or may not use them in the future but was happy to see that some business owners still know how to take care of customers and he wanted a chance to make things right !
While the service on that day wasn’t great,
I’m giving Chris the owner 4 stars for his efforts
I’m going to put it down as an anomaly.

These folks not only accommodated my rush need, they made the whole process smooth, they were on time, and have done SUCH a wonderful job cleaning, I'm not I remember those rooms ever being this clean. You cannot go wrong, and Eloise does fabulous work.

For a fee of $450, I engaged in the cleaning of my own apartment, hoping that this would serve as motivation for the individual I hired to perform the task.
For several months, I refrained from writing this review, as I am not particularly fond of individuals who engage in unkind online comments. These reviews often fail to provide the complete story and are frequently exaggerated falsehoods. Having worked in customer service for over two decades, I have consistently provided excellent service, maintained proper etiquette, and extended kindness to service workers.
However, I attempted to give this company an opportunity to rectify its actions after a one-hour “service” costing $450 concluded with me scrubbing my floors and instructing the woman on how to clean.
If she was experiencing an off day, I assured them that we could reschedule for another day. Regrettably, she was on the phone the entire time and did not even vacuum or wipe down counters. Her time was spent complaining as I listened, and providing excuses or asking me what to do next instead of the job at hand. To be honest, I accomplished more in that hour than she did. I cleaned my refrigerator as she talked about her son or daughter, I forget.
She was present for approximately 90 minutes, and I paid $450. My family was visiting for the holidays, so I wanted a clean apartment for them to enjoy. This is a treat for me, as I am not wealthy. I spent the entire time with her as kind and caring as possible, but prior to that, I spent five to six phone calls attempting to find a solution that seemed straightforward to me with her company, as it appeared that she was supposed to have another helper for a deep clean. I have a small place, but it included baseboards, a refrigerator, you know, things that wealthy people clean.
I paid for a service, and I expect it to be provided. If it cannot be, that is understandable, but I would like a refund, even if it is only $10. I am confused as to how Merry maids perceives this differently.
There are numerous negative aspects to this story. I provided her with cleaning supplies, a drink, and food, remained silent as she spent more time on the phone than cleaning, and even tipped her. Despite these efforts, I am still wronged. I also spoke with her supervisor to seek their assistance, as she requested another helper. I listened to her concerns and sided with her. I spent the remainder of the day and all night cleaning instead of necessary schoolwork.
I am not unkind or a Karen. I tip 25% even when orders are incorrect and apologize to representatives of Xfinity when they make mistakes. This may sound harsh, but it was for my elderly parents to have a pleasant holiday visit. Cleanliness, reduced cat hair, and no smoke odors were essential. It was a significant investment for me.
I had a positive experience with this company a few years ago. Perhaps it was an off day, which is understandable. However, charging $450 for nothing is unacceptable. I am not wealthy, and this was a gift for my family. I am deeply saddened by the way you all handled this situation.
It is simply wrong.

PS- I love to share, anyone who knows me is shocked for customer service me to even write this. But with family coming in town again, I had a ptsd moment haha (dramatic)
PPS: I did provide her with some of my microfiber rags to try to save money on windex. I’m happy she enjoys them, she is not in the wrong. The company is.

I have been a customer of Merry Maids Westminster for twenty-five years! They are easy to work with, and the cleaning is top-notch. Irasema, Yelena, and Eloisa have all been great.

Great service! Communication and scheduling were fantastic, and the cleaners were friendly, fast and thorough! Pricing was great! I’ll definitely schedule them again for my next clean.

This staff produces an excellent quality of work and I love the personal touches as well! They are always super consistent and help to greatly reduce stress when life gets hectic.
