Lindsay and her staff at Bucket & Shine are wonderful! They have been cleaning my house on a regular basis for over a year now and before that I always used her for move in and move out cleans. Not only do they do a beautiful job cleaning, they are all very nice and friendly to work with. And Lindsay's communication is fantastic!

We were excited to use bucket and shine, and Noah did a great job the first time they cleaned. We went on vacation soon after and Lindsay asked my wife a few times when we wanted to reschedule, but my wife said she would get back to her when we got back into town. After returning home, we were sick and so we delayed rescheduling a few more days. Once we were ready to reschedule, all we got was attitude and eventually Lindsay agreed that we should find a new home cleaning service. They said they were short staffed and it doesn’t seem like they care about new clients. We were made to feel like we owed them something, communication was on their terms, and if we expected them to call back when we were available it was unreasonable. Good luck on your future endeavors, I home you are able to get your company property staffed.

The one star rating was due to the rudeness of the person that answered your phone, and from you. You made several attempts to contact us while we were out of the country. It seemed like you wanted us to work around you while we were out of the country, but that is not how this business works. You work for the customer and for their convenience. You could not accommodate us once we returned from vacation. Your inability to work for us when we wanted, the rudeness, and only wanting to discuss our unhappiness in the situation via email correspondence out of the public’s view is the reason for the 1 star review. Our dissatisfaction with your business practices is absolutely deserving of 1 star.

Had our first clean with Samantha from Bucket and Shine and we were extremely impressed with her attention to detail. We have gone through several cleaning companies in the past and feel very fortunate to now be working with Samantha!

They cleaned my house for a year. We had Mara. They were amazing at communicating and extremely professional. Mara always did a phenomenal job. We only canceled due to moving. Even when we canceled they sent a thank you note. Great service!

Great cleaners. Did a fantastic deep clean for us, and are now cleaning out home biweekly. Very happy. Our regular cleaner (Mara) is awesome, and the office staff has always been super accommodating if we need adjustments to the schedule. Or even if Mara is out sick, and they need to send someone else out. Everyone has been great. Awesome experience all around!
