Ron was awesome. He came out to fix an issue with our furnace not putting out heat. He was efficient, explained the issue to us and how to fix it if it happens again, and it was very affordable. We will definitely be using this company in the future, if needed. Thanks, Ron, for 5 star service!

Wonderful service! They got technician Dan Hogan out to my house on the same day I called them. Dan was very knowledgable, personable, and efficient. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

Dan was amazing! He responded in under two hours during a cold spell and had our furnace fixed quickly. Professional, efficient, and a total lifesaver. I can’t recommend him enough.

I had as great of an experience as one can have when your furnace dies. Dan was super helpful when he came to inspect the damage, and made sure I knew all of the options, as well as answering all of my questions. Devon and his apprentices made short work of installing a new furnace, and were just extremely friendly and patient. Pricing was fair and transparent. Definitely recommend them for any HVAC emergency you might be dealing with.

Efficient Comfort did great work - they came to repair my non-functioning furnace, and discovered it was a goner. Then they got their team out to give me a quote and do an install within 24 hours. Very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service! We called with an emergency appointment very early in the morning and the technician (Ron) was there within hours and had or heater up and running. Will definitely be using this company and Ron again.

Just finished working with Efficient Comfort on an install of a 3-zone mini split unit and I am incredibly satisfied with the work! The folks at Efficient Comfort were already at the top of our list based on previous work…so when our furnace quit, when overnight lows were around 11F of course, I knew who to call. They got us scheduled the same day and the tech (Ron) showed up when expected.
Polite & professional, he quickly diagnosed the problem, confirmed the parts were available, and went and got what was needed. He replaced the bad parts and waited to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. He also took the time to give a few (much appreciated) pointers on maintenance. Thanks Ron!

I called at 4pm and Dylan was at our house within 30 min. He was so prompt and efficient and explained clearly what was going on with our hvac issue and resolved it right away. I greatly appreciate the honesty in that he fixed it instead of trying to sell us a new furnace right away, which we’ve experienced in other situations. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

I am very happy with Efficient Comfort and the technicians they sent. Ruben Rodriquez, Tony and Evan did a great job with the installation of a new furnace in my crawl space. They were friendly, hard working and answered all my questions. Ruben detected a problem with a prior installation and informed me it needed to be repaired for my new furnace to be efficient and in good working order. He repaired the problem at no additional cost to me. I am so grateful to Ruben and his team for taking extra effort for a safe and efficient furnace installation.

Josh came out to look at my 1996 furnace that was acting up. I had a good idea what the problem was, and Josh confirmed it. Turned out the part and labor would have been a fifth of a new furnace replacement. Josh offered either to fix the furnace at that price or a new furnace. Being the age of the furnace and all, I figured it was time to be replaced. Josh gave me a good quote on a new furnace. He explained the different levels of furnaces offered and the size need, etc. The quote was good and 4 days later Devon and Ron showed up to install my furnace and bring everything up to code. They put down tarps on the carpet stairs and wood floors in the basement. The two spent the day removing and installing the new furnace. They showed care and quality with the work they did. I often looked in to take photos as the progress went on and each time, they would explain what had been completed and the new updates. etc. When all the work was completed and everything cleaned up on the same day, they explained how the furnace worked and what they had done completely. I was very impressed with everyone I came in contact with, from the first phone call with Joanna to the final call with her sister Lillian, both very nice and understanding my situation. There brother Josh was very personable also and we enjoyed talking more than just furnace things. Devon and Ron were great, very polite and provided all the knowledge I asked. The furnace is working great and very efficient at keeping the house at the correct temperature selected. Thank you all for your help and I would certainly recommend anyone who needs a big job done to trust Efficient Comfort!

The fellas that came out to install my AC were great. They were all very professional and polite. They were very thorough in explaining everything. I highly recommend Efficient Comfort.

They were excellent from start to finish. Our hot water tank died and they came out same day and replaced it. Devon was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. His work was top notch. Really impressed with him and Efficient Comfort.

Great experience with these guys. Very honest and upfront about what I needed and how much it would cost. Talked to a few other companies who tried to sell me more than what I needed. Jeremy got me a quote on a Monday and Ruben, Evan, and Tony were there the next morning to do the install. Very happy with their service and will be my go-to for HVAC going forward

Dylan was wonderful. He arrived only a few days after we reported our furnace had suddenly become noisy. He quickly diagnosed the failing inducer, quoted price options, and installed the replacement. It was just in time for the January cold spell. We'll definitely use Efficient Comfort for future needs.

You know the ole saying ---- 'You only get one chance to make a first impression'? Well, this was our first time using Efficient Comfort. We had a boiler installed about 2-3 years ago, and wasn't satisfied with the company that had been doing our annual check up on it. So we reached out to Efficient Comfort based on several recommendations. And boy, what a difference. Ron was the tech that responded. Professional, polite, thorough, and just a great all around experience. Gave us tummy comfort to know that our boiler is in good working order and sends us into the colder months with confidence that our system is working fine. Ron answered all of our questions and it is quite clear who we will be calling next fall to do our annual inspection. Our water heater and A/C are currently functioning fine, but will probably need replaced in the near future. Guess who we are going to call when that time comes?
