TopCut was easy to work with on our project. They answered all our questions. They were willing to take on a portion of the project that was originally quoted. The project consisted of attaching an existing sump pump line to a French drain to collect and move the water underground and out to the street. A week later we had a big snow and it worked as expected when the snow melted. We would recommend them for any of your hardscape projects.
