One of our main pipe was rusted downstairs was leaking grey water into our foundation.

When my upstairs bathtub drained into my downstairs linen closet, I chose MyBuddy because they billed by "the job" not "by the hour."

The crew ( Day 2 ) headed by Paul ( solo on Day 1) were personable, prompt and knowledgeable. Paul had scoured my home to locate the problem, with incredible attention to detail and kept me informed of the process, the mounting costs and his discoveries.

Once the actual problem was located the crew set to work, putting in a 13 hour ( and night! ) to finish the job. I was not charged for any of the exploration on Day 1, and am totally satisfied with the excellence of the repair. I learned a lot about plumbing and am grateful for their meticulous work, expertise, and good humour. I felt like I was in good hands the whole way.

Thank you, My Buddy, and extra thanks to Paul. He deserves a raise.

he checked the sewer system, there was no problem, they didn’t charge me anything, definitely i will call them for any plumbing problems.

Needed some work done to the piping of my sprinkler system. Went on Angi’s and Buddys was the first company to reach out. Iris was very friendly and accommodating.

We were disappointed during the first appointment, as they were busy and missed the target time of 3-5pm. We waited that night until 8:20pm and decided to reschedule. (We left a wedding early to see to this)

The following appointment was for 8-10am and Paul showed up at 9am, was very professional and gave a very fair quote off the bat. We agreed to the work and he got on it right away. The finished work was flawless and he made sure everything looked great before he left, even how the sprinklers worked.

This was not going to be a five star review but because of Paul, it was.

The technicians showed up at the expected time. They gave a VERY GOOD blowout of the sprinkler system and told me of each step they took in doing so.

Very professional service, a bit pricey but they got my toilet flowing quickly whereas the other quotes would not have been able to make it until the morning.

My experience with My Buddy the Plumber was good. They took the time to explain what all they were going to do. After the technician was done he explained and showed pictures of what was going on. Both technician were very professional. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

These men worked so hard into the middle of the night to keep my kids and I from smelling sewage all night very reasonable in price also went the extra mile to get good flow in all pipes without hiking the price I really appreciate your time and business would definitely recommend if your looking for good customer service good price and great work if I could give 10 stars I would!

Paul and Derek were extremely communicative, punctual, courteous, and explained everything to me that they were doing. I do like that they were able to give me a complete price upfront and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. I had a fantastic experience with My Buddy the Plumber! From start to finish, everything was professional, timely, and stress-free. Ashley from customer service was incredibly kind, patient, and informative—she made scheduling and communication super easy and pleasant.

TJ, the service rep who came out, was prompt, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and gave honest recommendations without any pressure. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and he left the area clean and tidy.

We called them for a second opinion and they arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. Their customer service and communication were top notch. I would highly recommend their services for anyone who is in need and doesn't understand plumbing.

Wes and team did awesome job clearing main pipe line at 11pm at night. Also fixed tub pipe at a reasonable price.

I have now used My Buddy The Plumber twice and can honestly say they have a customer for the future. Each tech has been beyond patient, explaining not only what the cause(s) are, but also all options to fix it. When we plan to update our downstairs toilet we will be using them no doubt. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. Paul in general was an absolute gentleman and did not take no for an answer. He fixed my problem, busted his ass and mounted my toilet complimentary when he was done.
Definitely recommend this company. If you have the pleasure of working with Paul even better.
