When my upstairs bathtub drained into my downstairs linen closet, I chose MyBuddy because they billed by "the job" not "by the hour."
The crew ( Day 2 ) headed by Paul ( solo on Day 1) were personable, prompt and knowledgeable. Paul had scoured my home to locate the problem, with incredible attention to detail and kept me informed of the process, the mounting costs and his discoveries.
Once the actual problem was located the crew set to work, putting in a 13 hour ( and night! ) to finish the job. I was not charged for any of the exploration on Day 1, and am totally satisfied with the excellence of the repair. I learned a lot about plumbing and am grateful for their meticulous work, expertise, and good humour. I felt like I was in good hands the whole way.

Wonderful guys, despite bad news they still wanted to help make it work for us with everything we are facing right now. We will be moving forward and hiring your team (the same guys if possible) to proceed with this project
