In March of this year, we had a nightmare problem in of ants in our roof (that were coming into the house) that were the telltale sign of moisture - our roof was not functioning properly but there was no obvious reason why. Lyle was seriously the best - he worked with his team to find the best solution for us (since insurance would not cover anything and we had a 3-month-old baby). Lyle's team ended up replacing our insulation (that was retaining moisture) and our decking (that had mold), our soffits, and gutters. Lyle was responsive to all of our panicked calls and texts, and was so genuinely caring. We are so thankful we found ARS and would highly recommend their team!

A lady hit our house last year, so we had a good amount of damage. Devon is absolutely amazing at his job! Always checked in to let us know what was going on, gave us options, and made sure everything was the way we wanted it. His employees were the same way. We had a great experience with Cillessen! They replaced 3 windows upstairs, and then 4 basement windows. Excellent quality windows, and they helped guide us in that process. The installation also went very smoothly, very professionally done with great attention to detail. We sustained hail damage to our roof and had Cillessen do the Repair and Replacement of our roof. Nic and his crew were very punctual and quality oriented in their work. Cillessen was very professional through the process of replacing our roof and we would definitely use them again as well as refer them to other people we know.

Our roof was damaged from hail and our insurance company refused to pay for it. We called Devon who is Cillessen Construction Company’s go-to man for dealing with insurance problems. From that point on Devon became our liaison with the insurance company. He handled calls, met with the insurance company’s appraiser, and took care of all of the details associated with the arbitration. It was a huge relief to have someone on our side dealing with all the stress. Devon’s professionalism and cheerful demeanor was greatly appreciated. Once our claim was approved, we had a beautiful new roof with new gutters in a week. The construction crew was careful to protect the deck and plants and completely cleaned up after them selves. Devon and the owner even got us a great deal on the gutter covers we wanted! I highly recommend this company. To me it seems like this company is small enough to really care about its clients but also large enough to get the job done quickly and correctly.
