Cillessen Construction was recommended to us by our State Farm agent. We live in Eastern Colorado where it is difficult to find a contractor willing to take on all the different repairs that hail caused to our house along with all of our Outbuilding. Cillessen was the right company for the job. They were extremely easy to work with and delivered high quality work. Would recommend this company for all of your project needs.

I would like to share my excellent experience with Cillessen Construction. I live in an area in Mesa County that had a hail storm on June 6th. All of the roofs in our subdivision were terribly damaged and needed to be replaced. In the days that followed, several roofing companies swarmed and solicited throughout the neighborhood. I didn't feel comfortable with their sales tactics. They made promises that were unrealistic.

I had heard of Cillessen Roofing and asked for an evaluation. I had an entirely different experience than with the other companies. The salesperson from Cillessen took time to evaluate my roof by climbing up on the roof. He took pictures and showed me pictures that illustrated how the hail had stripped the roofing down to the base level. I appreciated his time in helping me understand the damage that occurred.

The other company had yelled over at me while evaluating my neighbor's garage roof and only wanted to hand me a price page. Cillessen came to my home in a very timely timeframe. I love it!! I am grateful I chose Cillessen Construction Company.

The color of the roof truly stands out from the other neighbors' roofs. There are notable differences, as well, in the roofer's craftmanship. The gentlemen from Cillessen took time to piece the roofing materials to fit the roof. In comparison to other replaced roofs in the neighborhood where they merely laid roofing tiles across the top. They also noticed that the original construction did not have vents to properly release heat from the attic area and added them.

Cillessen did a perfect job for me. I have received compliments from neighbors and questions regarding which company helped me. From their salesman, Austin Kearney, to the hard-working roofers, I am so grateful I chose them. Their workmanship truly increased the value of my home and I am very appreciative.

Amazing job on my roof and gutters from the beginning of the process to the end. Insurance denied the claim , but Cillessen didn’t back down and eventually got the insurance company to pay the claim. Finished the roof from beginning to the end in one day. The crew did a terrific of cleaning up as well. Next day, the gutters were done. Very professional and polite people to deal with. We had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience with Helton Enterprises and would recommend them to anyone. The company is run by Alex Helton, who cares deeply about his craftsmanship and the satisfaction of his customers. We did a kitchen renovation in our 1920's bungalow house with Alex in February of this year, and it was a positive experience from the get-go. I called several of his references from prior jobs before committing to his company, and after hearing all the glowing things prior customers had to say, we decided to move forward. One of my favorite things about the experience is that he uses a project management tool called Co-Construct which centralizes project timelines, costs, change orders, communications, photos and more via an app / web application that can be accessed by the homeowners and Alex both. It made it easy to communicate and see total costs. Alex personally handled most of the construction himself or with a small crew of specialists that worked for his company or others - sometimes he subcontracted work that was out of his area of specialty, but always found the best in those trades. His prices were very fair, and like any construction project things didn't always go according to plan or timelines, but he always strove to make things right or proactively communicate when problems arose. We would use him again in a heartbeat. Book him well in advance, his services are in high demand. Our kitchen renovation was completed 6 months ago and we're incredibly happy with the quality of the work still - Alex doesn't cut corners. Thank you, Alex for such a good experience!

I would happily recommend the wonderful workmanship of Helton Enterprises. It was our first time using a contractor for any renovations and we couldn’t be happier to work with a team that is truly reliable and professional. Working with someone we trusted reduced the anxiety that is sometimes associated with contractors. Having someone with such a wide range of experience in home renovations overcame our lack of experience and allowed my wife and I to effectively collaborate on the projects.
Our two occasions working with Helton Enterprises was on our previous home built in 1898, close to Five Points by the un-Safeway, and our current home, in Berkeley, built in 1936. Due to the ages of the homes, creative solutions and attention to details were necessary to get the job done right. It included completely replacing the original hardwood floors that had no sub-floor, new base boards, new front door, rebuilding of stairs, and a nearly full remodel of the kitchen.
Once we have the funds/ambition to do more remodeling, we’ll definitely be using Helton Enterprises.

I highly recommend Helton Enterprises. I needed a contractor to help design a basement remodel. It was the first time I used a company by searching Nextdoor Berkeley, and I am pleased. I have an older house (built in 1923) and with that comes some challenges. Alex is very easy to work with and also had great ideas.
We decided to do some custom cabinets along with the re-doing electrical, drywall, doors, trim and carpeting. I could tell that Alex and his team cared about doing things well. The cabinets are beautiful and I love my new space. I will definitely call Helton Enterprises again for any future projects.

Ron is a breath of fresh air when it comes to taking care of his customers! As a business owner, customer service is a lost art these days so we really appreciate him going above and beyond for us! I can’t thank Restoration 1 enough for their efficient, timely, and professional work! I have found it very difficult to trust the intentions behind the quotes I receive from various companies I have worked with before, but I can honestly say that with Restoration 1 I truly felt so safe and heard. They are one of a kind at the services they provide from the beginning of the phone call to the end when the work has been completed. They are tremendously reliable, responsive and have your best interest in mind in order to complete whatever work needs to be done. Only praise here!!

Finding a company that does it all from start to finish was a blessing in disguise. We were denied insurance but Restoration 1 did everything they could to help us out on every end. Alex Campbell, you truly saved our home and literally did everything in your power to keep us calm and reassured from beginning to end! Restoration 1, you're 1 of a kind!

The team at Restoration 1 has been absolutely terrific to work with. I have had 3 leaks (one very large, major leak) in two houses in the last several months and Restoration 1 has been prompt, communicative and done outstanding remediation and rebuilding work.

Restoration 1 came to my house on 3 occasions, but we never received a quote. I requested a quote to multiple people both in writing and over the phone. Despite not having quote, I requested commencement of the work given I had significant water damage and wanted to prevent further damage. When Restoration 1 came out to do the work, the technician told me new information that had not previously been explained. The plan was for the company to put drying mats on my floor but it had already been determined that the condition of the flooring was beyond repair. Multiple assessors had agreed the floors were beyond repair. It wasn't until after the arrival by the technician that it was explained to me that drying mats were used to preserve floors, but our floors were going to be pulled out. I declined the work as it was unnecessary, but the company billed me anyway. A month later I still don't have an estimate for insurance, but they are insistent I pay the bill for work that was not completed.

We are very satisfied with the great work Restoration 1 of West Denver provided. John and Julio were both very professional, responsive and diligent, and they interfaced very well with the customer. Importantly, they instilled in us a sense of reassurance and confidence during a time of crisis, making that challenging time much easier for us. A huge thank you to John and Julio, and to the team at Restoration 1 of West Denver!

When Hurricane Helene pushed 4 feet of nasty surge water into my home, it was overwhelming. As I started to get estimates for water/mold remediation, I realized our area was being targeted by crooks, shady companies and worse. Then, fortunately, I met Micah and his team. From the very start, Micah was professional, transparent about the process and costs and explained everything clearly. He was not only highly qualified for the job - but he showed compassion and really understood what I was going through. In those initial moments after a major disaster, lots of people try to take advantage of you. This was never the case with Micah and his team. Their work was meticulous - exactly what my insurance company was expecting. And Micah was awesome, communicating with me often about the project. You can trust Micah and his company 100%. I highly recommend Restoration 1 of West Denver! Over the winter we had a water line burst sending water cascading into our recently finished lower level and leaving us in a total panic. When we reached out to Restoration 1 of West Denver, they were fast, efficient and completely professional! They communicated with us through every step of the process. Unfortunately, our home insurer, USAA, was less than effective & communicative.
Regardless, Restoration 1 of West Denver stepped up and tried to work with USAA. While we are highly disappointed in USAA, we could not be more pleased with Restoration 1 of West Denver. They have continued to work with us throughout the entire process. They might not be the cheapest, but they are certainly the BEST. (Often it's true, you get what you pay for!). If you find yourselves in a similar situation, you'll want Restoration 1 of West Denver on your side!

I used Restoration 1 Of West Denver to repair my flooded basement and could not have been more pleased. Everything from communication to work quality to price was exceptional. Sage did the actual repair work and was so pleasant, worked late to get my project done on time and his work looks great. Mark in the office handled my schedule and estimate. He was easy to communicate with, kept me up to date on progress, highly responsive and conscious of my budget. I would 100% recommend this company.

Very pleased with restoration done, excellent workmanship especially by Alex. Always made sure to inform me when he would arrive and what he expected to complete each day.
