This is a delayed review but I used PSG a few years ago to help redirect my downspouts. They listened and provided their professional opinion on what would work best. There were no hidden costs...everything was transparent. Stephen was very professional and willing to work with my schedule and timeline. I am a proponent of supporting SBOs (small business owners). Recently, I had an issue with one of the downspouts and PSG was very accommodating and timely. Thank you again Stephen! I would highly recommend!

Our home builder refused to place a 20 foot gutter and downspouts on the second story of our house. I received a very reasonable estimate and the work was done efficiently. I then asked them to check another part of a gutter and they did the repair for free. Chad, Stephen, Clint, and Valorie are easy to work with.

Replaced and repaired smashed gutter/ downspout and missing roof tile after garbage truck struck our garage. Small project but they came right out and were very fair! Great people! Quick and tidy job!

Clint came out for the estimate and suggested several ideas to help with drainage. He designed a gutter system specifically for my house.

The install date was set in a reasonable amount of time and the installers were on the job as planned. I The installers were courtious and professional even though they had a long day. (Old gutter system was a NIGHTMARE to remove).

The initail job was completed however there were a few minor problems with some flashing that looked unfinished. I contacted Chad, owner via telephone to resolve the issues I felt needed addressed. Chad was more than happy to come out to the house and view the issues. He agreed the issues needed to be addressed and set a plan to have it taken care of.

As stated Chad had Steve out to make the repairs. FANTASTIC JOB completing the job.

I give a 4 star rating only because the job was not completed to the standard the Chad, Steve nor I would have liked from the start. HOWEVER, they made it right. Thats what makes a good contractor into a GREAT contractor.

Edgewater Property.... I would recommend this company, Harrison was quick and responsive through the quote stage, and the installer's were very nice (I don't remember the names, 2 younger guys) they came in the morning, asked a few questions and got on to the job, had it done in 1 day. Being in sales myself, I hired them based on the follow ups and The quoting stage. They were right in line with everyone else but I wanted to see who wants the job by who followed up with me. There you go Harrison, food for thought :)

Stephen spent a lot of time with me prior to the job, discussion options and improvements for better drainage from my roof. Watching him and his crew work was a revelation. I never knew there was so much craftmanship involved in building gutters. My new gutter system is vastly better than the old. If there is a silver lining in hailstorms, this was it. Very pleased.

I recently had PSG replace all the 25 year old rain gutters on my home. I appreciate that they provided me just with what I wanted, and didn't try to upsell me. Their quote was very good, and they completed the job quickly. Their workmanship and the quality of materials was good.

I have been having trouble with a couple gutter runs and called Precision Seamless Gutters. Instead of trying to sell me everything under the sun, cause they are new gutters, Clint pointed out areas to watch. While he was up looking at the gutters he even threw a little more sealer on a spot. Listen, I’ve been around awhile and it is rare to run across a business with integrity and common human decency. Just based off what Clint told me, I would recommend this company all day long. I will definitely be keeping his card.

I call for a last minute emergency, my basement had been getting flooded due to a bad down spout . Stephen showed up within the hour fixed the problem plus cleaned my gutters and gave me an estimate on fixing the issues permanently, all at No Charge! Stephen was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly & kind. I am extremely impressed and I would highly recommend precision seamless gutters to anyone looking for a great company! 😃 Bavo 👏👏

Our home’s builder forgot to install a downspout on a long run of gutter resulting in overflow during downpours/snow melt. Harrison noticed it immediately during the initial appt and arranged for Steven to install the appropriate downspout and re-pitch the gutter. Steven was professional, respectful of our home, polite, removed the gutter debris, and provided service which exceeded our expectations. Exceptional job and pleasant experience.
