Their service sucks! It’s a waste of money go with any other company but this one. They had this white guy come to my grandma’s house and he did the service. She paid in cash because she’s 80 years he took the cash and told the company she never paid for the service. Now she’s in collections because one of their employees wasn’t honest, taking advantage of old people!!!

I would not recommend TruGreen. They came out, applied some stuff to my lawn, and burned it up. I called them, showed them pictures of my lawn, and they admitted the 'lawn care specialist' striped my lawn. They also said they would send someone over to amend the soil and reseed the striped areas where they killed the grass. They never showed up. I kept calling them as to when they would fix my lawn, never got an answer and they never showed up. Thankfully, I got my money back. Now, I'll just fix my own lawn. Thanks for nothing TruGreen.

I'm certain you are sorry and you’ll reach out after reading this review but an apology doesn't fix my lawn after you burned it up. Ack!

I like the new target date for service and reschedule options, it gave me enough heads up and allowed me to move lawn treatment prior to irrigation shutoff. The weed killer, aeration and over seed did very well over this summer and the end of last summer- killed the tough weeds Scott’s couldn’t.

True green has been okay as a service. Pretty rocky start for us three years ago. The communication from corporate or management is lacking however, their products do seem to do a decent job. We have had a tech by the name of Ian, in the Arvada/Denver area that kept us from switching to a different company. Hopefully he sticks around! Thank you, Ian!

This is one of the most unethical companies I ever had this kind of service. We requested the service out of desperation and frustration to improve the health of our lawn. They barely made any differences since they barely do anything on every visit. Forthermore, last year they even showed up on a day that snowed so heavily and did nothing but ask for a service fee instead of coming back for a better day to treat.

We cancelled the service last year and came back today without notification to continue the service?? They rang the bell, but we are remote working so do not bother usually answering the door due to so many unsolicited visitors. And they left service done note after barely being 5 minutes. I checked a moment later from the window. They claimed the service was done, however, I've never seen him doing anything to the lawn but leaving the flag saying service made?

Ahhh!!!! What a great experience today was! Who would’ve thought an interaction with our lawn specialist would illicit such joy! Our specialist, Donnie D., was professional, thoughtful, and responsive to our questions and needs. What was most valuable to us was his kindness. He knew we have a dog and he accommodated by putting down “pet friendlier lawn fertilizer” (granulars) He is the epitome of exceptional customer service. What a blessing to have such a joyful person care for our home’s lawn (and us!) as he did. Truly a great experience. (Thank you Donnie! God bless you, Sir!!) iI need to amend my review and write an update. I thought that TruGreen wasn’t listening, within 24 hours of posting the review. Nolan the manager of my local office called me and cleared everything up. He let me know he had no idea about my concerns and fixed them. The weeds have been addressed and the trees are treated. We also put in a plan for future lawn care. The promises made in February were upheld. That is why I am raising my review from 1 star to 3.5. Thank you Nolan and the wonderful technician you sent out today to fix the problems.
8I am a homeowner in Broomfield and decided to prepay for a year’s service in February. During the call I told the representative the size of my yard and that about half of it was rocks. I was informed that TruGreen would handle it he even pulled it up and we talked about the sections. “I won’t have to worry your yard will look great”. I also asked about treatment of trees. He informed me that it was too early but would be contacted in early spring. 1. My yard has tons of weeds in it 2. My rocks have tons of weeds in them and 3 My ash tree is infested and I need to take it down or pay for treatment the rest of life. May I had to call and remind them to service my yard. Late June a representative named Anthony informed me of the infestation and now my choices are pay for treatment or cut them down. I asked Anthony why I should give TruGreen more money when they have not delivered on the services I paid for? Anthony did not respond. I wouldn’t be
NEVER NEVER USE Tru Green. I cancelled my service with TruGreen over a year ago. I had no balance yet they still sent someone to do service. I told the service tech no but they still preformed a service. The corporation called me and told me they took off all the charges from our bill. Now they are calling me at 6:30am saying I have a bill. This is ridiculous! What an awful way to run a company. Get your information straight TRU Green you guys didn’t even keep my lawn weed free and now you are hassling me about services that never should have been preformed What a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
so annoyed except I was told one thing and given something else. I feel like an ATM for TruGreen who have not delivered on the services promised. It bums me out to have high expectations and have what was promised be no where near reality. Bummed out in Broomfield.

Mark, Henry and the crew did a fantastic job removing a large cottonwood tree from our backyard. They had to access the tree from our neighbor's yard, which of course made attention to detail especially important. They went above and beyond to keep our neighbor happy as the tree came down and we're so grateful! They cleaned up our yard and our neighbor's yard following the removal. Their pricing also blew competitors out of the water. 5 Stars!!! Thanks guys!!!!

This Tree Service is the BEST in all of Colorado. Highly recommend this family owned company. When it comes to taking care of their clients they always go above and beyond!

Used Limb Walkers to remove a large tree from my yard. Being so close to the house I was obviously worried about damage to the house when it was time to cut it down. Not only did they remove it without a scratch to the house, the completed all their work in one day ! Everyone was super friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree work done and I look forward to calling on them in the future. Great work guys !

Limb Walkers to the rescue! We have several old trees on our property that needed TLC. The first quote was from a service provider who insisted that we would need to remove a 100 year old tree and the cost was 5 figures. The second quote was half theirs and assured us we would not need to remove the tree. And then I am so glad that we reached out to Limb Walkers. Their quote was 85% less than the original quote. They showed up on time and did fantastic work!

The crew removed dead branches and trimmed a very large ash tree in my front yard. They did an excellent job and used a bucket to reach the highest branches. The tree looks so much better! Charged much less than other companies contacted. Also did a nice cleanup job in the yard when the work was done.

Mark and his team were awesome. Having just been ripped off by another company I could not have asked for a better experience. The pricing was fair, did what we agreed upon without excuses, and they have all the right toys to get the job done completely and safely. The fact that Marks team is licensed and insured was another bonus. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Josh with Limb Walkers was great. They removed a tree for me. Did an excellent job with removal and clean up. Would highly recommend.

The City/County told me that I had to take down an old silver maple tree from the right-of-way next to my house because it was dead. I received several quotes to do the job. I chose Limb Walkers because they were competitively priced, easy to communicate with during the bidding process, and were prompt in scheduling the work.

The team arrived exactly when they said they would on the scheduled date and made quick work of the tree. When they were finished, they did a great job cleaning up, which is important considering how much of a mess a large tree can make.

I would not hesitate to use Limb Walkers again, should the need arise.

Limb walkers removed a couple trees and stumps on my property earlier this year. They showed up and did a good job with the work. The communication was par at best... the crew who did the job was not aware of our request to keep the wood from our trees and removed it (this was communicated at the time of estimate as well as listed on our statement of work).

We let that go and decided to use them for a tree trimming this summer. After being rescheduled three times (over more than 2 months AND being given a reschedule date with no regard for the customers needs), I have decided not to use this company in the future. Two of the attempted reschedule dates I was told they wouldn't get to my job because they were too busy at another one. I asked why I wouldn't be first on the schedule as the company had already rescheduled me and there was no answer. I was also not given any estimated arrive time.

Long story short, happy with the actual work, very poor management of scheduling, communication and follow through.

They did a sub par trimming on many trees and were supposed to come back to apply more stump killer which they never did. They charged us for work not done and when they came back, they were rude and again, did not apply stump killer. We will be finding a new service for our many trees. The money we spent with them was wasted.
