Brian was awesome! He worked all day and got our Permanent lighting installed. We are very happy with them! He also cleaned our gutters while he was on our roof. Great service, really nice guy (and his wife).

We found Brian on Friday, and his guy was out first thing today to to work on a running toilet, gutters, checking smoke detectors, and to diagnose a dishwasher issue. Super happy with the responsiveness, timeliness, and fair price. We will definitely use Main Options LLC in the future!

Ian was my tree specialist, and was very friendly and knowledgeable! I prefer him as a regular in future! But Theodore J and Nolan are also good. Would like to stick with same good rep throughout the season! (2024)
Today 4/1/25, Cody applied lawn treatment and was friendly, willing to please, and on top of it! I prefer to have him service my yard the rest of this season, please. Also like Kalista for trees who came last month.

For the second time, they claim to have come to my home to do a service but they were never here. They charged for a service they didn’t do! I work from home and can see/hear when people are here. They don’t show in the ring doorbell either in case I somehow missed them. They did rectify it last time and hoping they’ll rectify this too. But not sure I can keep up babysitting them to make sure they do their job. The service is ok when actually done. Not sure it’s worth the headache.
Edit: they called to make things right. Came to my home and actually performed the service. Just hoping it won’t happen again.

I have had TruGreen treat the perimeter of all our homes through the years and the many States we have lived in. TruGreen is reliable and provides professional service with no knowledgeable specialists.

My experience with True Green has been great. I truly believe they are interested in keeping mine on looking good. We have experts come see what is needed for the grass and suggest different treatment. I love their service and trust them.

We have completed lawn service visit number 2 of 5 this season. Lawn is greening up nicely. The bare spots, weeds, and crabgrass are still finding areas to thrive in. Lastly, the online site for Tru-Green has not yet allowed me to schedule the Grub kill service yet.

I love TruGreen's technicians! They are always willing to make adjustments and give great lawn care advice. Mike R. Anthony H. & Carlos M. are fabulous! My front lawn is looking better and but my backyard is struggling since having a tenant not care for the property properly. Anthony is working hard and going above and beyond to help me get my yard back to what is was.

Miquela is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. The lawn care team has done an amazing job this year, keeping the lawn greener than ever and prevented any weeds from growing. I like the friendly but not pushy sales representative who set us up. She thoroughly explained everything and was very informative and patient. It is our first time hiring a professional service for our lawn; we've always done it ourselves. Her patience in answering all my questions was encouraging. The customer service rep who helped us add spring aeration to our plan was quick to resolve the issue and friendly. Also, almost no hold time! She answered in less than two minutes! Ian, who came out yesterday for trees and shrubs, was excellent! I love that he rang the doorbell when he arrived and talked to me before starting work. I work from home, and someone is almost always home. We knew he was on his way due to your excellent tracking app and text notifications keeping us updated about our service visits! Ian took the time to talk with me and my daughter-in-law after he was done. We highly appreciate this personal touch Ian provided to keep us informed on the status of our trees and shrubs and what he discovered.

I should add that after the first weed treatment we have a significant improvement! The thistles are dying out! I love that they use pet/kid friendly treatments; so after only a few hours it's safe for my puppy and 4yr old granddaughter.

This is the second year I have used True green. My lawn is so thick and dandelion free. Last year my backyard was all weeds. Now it's all thick grass

Great service!! I have been fighting a losing battle of weeds in my back yard for 8 years now. My very small front yard has been looking a little weak the last couple years no matter what I do so it was time to call in the professionals!! I received a text letting me know a day before they were coming. The morning of they sent me live tracking so I knew when they would get here. When Nathan, and his trainee, arrived they answered all my questions about what their service entailed. I requested them to just kill everything in the back yard because I would be redoing the landscaping and wanted it all dead. They did as requested and told me how long to wait to let my dog out or even go back there myself. They also said that it will take 3 weeks for it to be totally dead and to let them know if it wasn’t. They were both very professional and friendly! Definitely excited to see the results!

The service provider, Anthony, was cordial and explained what he was going to do. Hopefully, the lawn responds. I have been with Tru-Green less than a year. Pest control, A. Lawn results, C-. My lawn has not improved but I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and will continue for the year.

I am on their “program” and most of my yard is weeds. I have called so many times that I am tired of calling. Every time I was told we will take care of it, you will hear from the branch manager. All lies. Horrible service, horrible company to work with.

True Green is unreliable and irresponsible. They sent a young kid (Brian) who would come by and sit in the company truck for 15 to 20 minutes, put a finished flag in the yard and leave. After we complained about him, they sent him 3 more times and he did the same thing. I continued to call and complain about Brian and they don't care, nor do they want to hear from you. We know this by sending the same kid 3 times after I stated that I didn't want this kid on our property and sent him anyway. We told True Green we have all on video! Cancelation is not easy, and they charged us for Brian's visits!! I would not trust this company.

After having problems with the health of my lawn the last two years, I contacted TruGreen Lawn Care and was very pleased with the expertise and service provided on my initial service last Friday. I am looking forward to working with TruGreen to get my lawn looking great again.
