Cancelled 1st appt after they were already late. Promised to come out next day by Wheat Ridge branch manager but they failed to show up. Contacted 1 844 number and it sounded like l reached a daycare with kids playing in background. Associate spoke so quietly I couldn’t hear her & hung up on her. Contacted branch manager who is busy with other unsuspecting victims. Steer clear of this company at all costs. Heading to bank to stop payment on service.

Nathan was On Time ( you know how Valuable that is today )). Sprayed, told me when I can let my dogs out, watering the lawn, and if not satisfied who to call.
I also spoke to him about ordering another service that I wanted and who I should call!

Our lawn looks fantastic!! It’s nice having Trugreen do all the treatments when they are needed. We used to try doing it all ourselves, but it is so much nicer having Trugreen provide the right treatment at the right time. Our lawn has never looked better!.

TruGreen has been caring for our lawn for several years. Lawn looks great. Customer service is horrible.

They are supposed to contact me 24 hours prior to performing my lawn service. That rarely happens. Last week they did manage to let me know they were coming. But the day they were going to do my lawn service was not going to work for us.

I finally managed to get through their very cumbersome phone tree to indicate that I didn’t want the service on that day but preferred to have it two weeks later. I pushed the button on my phone to indicate that their service should be performed on the week of the 23rd. Then I got a voice confirmation that it would be performed the week of the 18th. Grrr!!!

I managed to get hold of a real person who said that I was confirmed for the week of the 23rd. Their tech showed up yesterday. Without prior notification& performed the service. Why can ‘t they do what they say they are going to do? So FRUSTRATING !!!

Every person we’ve dealt with at this company has been respectful and professional. We had a severe weed problem taking over our lawn last year and they came in and cleared it up-our yard is green, thick and spectacular! I am partial to a young man named Shydarrian , whom I couldn’t say enough good things about. I really appreciate having him tend to our yard. Highly recommend this company-

It was a great experience. The technician called me as soon as he arrived and introduced himself, identified he was with TruGreen and he was ready to start my treatment. Shy was very polite and professional, also informative about what he was doing. I liked him doing the work and hope he will be able to do more treatments for me.

They handle all our outside needs, 2 thumbs up, lawn and pest control.

I don't have your service, and your technicians are constantly blocking my driveway even after I have asked multiple times not to. If I were to have an emergency, I would have to find your technician and make them move their truck. There is room in front of the house they are working at, so I just don't get it.
Park in front of the house you are working on or block their driveway!!

Michael was very thorough and walked my entire lawn to access weeds and problem areas. Very informative and friendly. Treated lawn and followed up with what to expect. Very professional and great experience. I am very satisfied.

Jake is great. I have been using his services for three years now. Always on time and his prices are reasonable.

Called to inquire about services & get an estimate. There is no way to actually call & speak with the same person if I wanted to call back... They have to call you.

The look lady did a really hard sales push trying to get me to prepay for services. When I said I was just starting to look & will be getting estimates from other companies she started talking down to me, "They're not TruGreen, they don't have the same effective products as us..."

Horrible customer service! I found another company that offers the EXACT same services, except I'm not forced into paying ahead of time & much better customer sales experience.

Pre-emergent applied with so little coverage now the entire lawn is covered in dandelions. Contacted TruGreen several times to schedule a re-spray. They have already missed the re-spray appointment so another call to support and they supposedly have me on the schedule next week. Regretting the pre-pay if ill have to babysit every application with TruGreen

Update: 5/11/21 Another canceled appointment by TruGreen #4 now. Did receive a call from the local office with an apology but 20 + days from 1st application and still waiting for re spray and a weed free lawn

Update: 5/14/21 Received a re-spray and that was still not done correct half the property sprayed with fertilizer and other half only weed prevention. Received a call from TruGreen corporate they are going to get the next service on the schedule and I have be reassured that they will get it right.

Lawn is green but the weeds are out of control after 6+ months of treatment. They keep telling us the weeds will go away but not sure as it seems to be getting worse!

I had prior knowledge of TruGreen because my Dad used them to keep the lawn in Prestine condition only because he had TruGreen caring for it!! I inherited the house a few years ago and I should’ve known that not having the lawn care done would be horrible and I called expecting a future date and payment up front! I was so impressed that I received a text that same day and I was reassured that they just wanted to get started and payment when I was ready would be fine! I was expecting a high price and long wait time but neither one happened! I am so glad I decided to do what I knew worked so I could quit feeling like I was failing at keeping my yard in the best shape possible!! I am very impressed with every employee that I had the pleasure of meeting so far and I’m excited to put my energy into other things now 😊 Thank you TruGreen!

We hired True green to help get rid of the weeds in our lawn. After 3 treatments the lawn has only gotten worse. They spend 1 minute spraying the lawn and leave. Terrible service that cost too much and doesn’t work. The picture shows how bad the weeds are after the 3 treatments.
