Dylan, True and the rest of the crew were amazing. The came the day before to make sure we were all on the same page about the project and we made some adjustments that turned out perfectly. They showed up at the time promised and more importantly finished when promised. They did a great job on our small back yard to give the dogs a path to walk and not ruin all of the grass they even installed a temporary fence to keep little paws off the new lawn while it grows. Thanks DGD Services for your work. I highly recommend them

Awesome experience they came out gave me an estimate. Along with some others decided to go with DGD. They showed up when they said worked hard and efficient. When the job was done they cleaned everything up. Then the bill is actually lower then the estimate with me adding some plants on. What!! When does that ever happen. I strongly recommend this Company. Thanks guys.

And to the owners reply- Rude! And unnecessary! You should be ashamed! You never explained anything, just gave excuses and tried to shift blame. Attention to detail is a pretty basic skill need to run a business. Also checked your service area on your website, my address is within your defined area so again excuses... Hope you enjoy my review/compliant to the bbb as well 🤗

Extremely unprofessional! No communication! Lack of organization caused unnecessary waste of my time. They scheduled my appt and when my appt time came, no one called or showed up. I reached out and their staff stated, "I see the reason why it was pushed but I don't want to say." Then I get a text that says sorry, your zip code is out of our service area. THEN DONT SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT! Shouldn't you know WHERE you work? I have screenshot of everything! ZERO STARS!!!

If I can give zero star, they would deserve zero star. We have a contact with them for a Snowplow service and they canceled the snowing day. Unprofessional and rude. Worst ever.

Everything RMSR & L did for us was outstanding. The main person we worked with was named Tom, and he was a great superintendent.

Greg and Deanna talked a really good game in the beginning then didn't do what I asked for and created a giant mess in the front yard. Overcharged me for add-ons and pushed hard to get paid, then ghosted me without competing the job. My fault for trusting them. Choose someone else for your project.

Sara and Tom did a great job of getting us through the design process and helping with all the tweaks. The crew work really well togeather on a job that was labor intensive during the hottest days of summer. THANKS

This company replaced a long fence and landscaped a whole bunch of our yard. I cannot say enough good about them. Great price! Great service! Great communication! 10/10 I would recommend them and I will use them for any project I have from now on. Just call them. You'll love it!

This is the 2nd time I have had a project completed by Rocky Mountain. Great communication throughout the process. They made changes when needed to. Their crew and project managers are outstanding. We couldn't be more happier with our backyard. We give our highest recommendation and you will not be disappointed.

Rocky Mountain Snow Removal did a decent job of providing a snow removal service during the 2024 winter months at my two commercial real estate properties that I rent out to small business owners. They sent me one bill for the first time it snowed that they performed work, and I paid it. I did not receive any other bills from them for the work they did after that. Keep in mind, we did not have a large amount of snow this year in the Arvada area. Flash forward to June, and I receive an email with 7 attachments of invoices totaling over $12,000. I asked for breakdown and to possibly negotiate a smaller payment since getting that large of a bill all at once was very alarming and not what I, or my tenants, were expecting for a not very snowy start of the year. I did not receive a reply until a month later from the owner saying if I didn’t pay they were going to send to collections.

My tenants are appalled, and I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and billing process of this company. I’m not sure who is financially capable of paying a $12,000+ snow removal bill at the drop of a hat, so I’m hoping they don’t treat their other customers this way.

Im not saying this is a bad company or not to use them, but if you do, make sure you are receiving invoices promptly after service. I realize that I am at fault for not reaching out to ask for a seasons worth of invoices, but as a business owner, I also know that’s not really the customer’s responsibility. I was anticipating a large bill, but not over $12,000 for two small parking lots and short walkways. 🤷‍♀️

This spring Rocky Mountain Snow Removal and Landscaping did the most beautiful yard renovation I could have ever imagined. They removed/re-mulched over 7100 sq ft of established berms and planting beds, moved and repurposed over 600 sq ft of deep river rock, removed crushed “breeze” rock ways and dug out a 2400 sq ft area around an above ground 15x30 foot pool to create a paver patio seating area with a sitting wall. I have an acre property that is now more usable, functional and accessible to our big family gatherings and beautiful as well. I would recommend them whole heartedly due to their willingness to listen to what I wanted and also providing ideas that I didn’t even think about, but had them incorporate. Their crew was hardworking, respectful and very experienced. They installed imbedded lighting along the paver outlines and rerouted my sprinkling system. They did all the work themselves and cleaned up as they worked every day. My family was blown away watching the progress and now totally enjoying the outcome. It has been money well spent and I am beyond happy with the results.

Fantastic! Everyone was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Anyone can put down sod but no one can do it as well as Rocky Mountain. They did much more than lay the sod, they moved replaced and adjusted my sprinklers. They also redid all my stone borders and metal edging.
Rocky Mountain does fantastic work at a very competitive price.

The crew at Rocky Mountain Snow Removal and Landscape are awesome! Extremely responsive and detailed and they do great work! RMSR&L are my call for snow removal and landscaping.

I have used Rocky Mountain multiple times to build a deck, a pathway around our house, our fence, adding mulch and even expanding our chicken coop. They are always reasonably priced, responsive and quick. I would highly recommend working with them and we will continue to in future years.
