I had such a wonderful experience touring homes with Pamela! She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process.

Unfortunately I bought a new condo in ths Loveland, Colo area and the first week of living there was one trouble after another.
The major ones: Dishwasher, garbage disposal and both house and garage locks not working. I have never had so many issues and very slow on helping people!!

My experience working with and purchasing from Landmark Homes has been fantastic! I have done a lot of looking and researching of both pre-owned and new construction homes, and the quality of the Landmark properties stands apart! I also had a wonderful experience working with their sales reps Alykk and Matthew who both went above and beyond in making sure my questions were answered and needs were met throughout the home buying process. The Lakes at Centerra is a gorgeous community and I’m excited to be a new resident in this exceptional new townhome!

I closed on my townhome in Country Farms December of 2020. I have had a leaking living room window since 2021. Crew has come out to look and spray water to see where. As of yet nothing done to fix this issue. Mallory George is well aware of this problem. I would like it to be addressed.
