Constraction reviews in Windsor, Colorado

Outstanding experience with Landmark Homes

Our experience with Landmark Homes has been truly exceptional. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the entire new-condo process smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

Mike Bartlett was absolutely amazing throughout the entire journey. He consistently took the time to answer questions, explain details clearly, and follow through on everything he promised. His communication, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference, especially during moments when decisions felt overwhelming. We always felt supported and never felt rushed or brushed aside.

The quality of work, attention to detail, and overall customer service exceeded our expectations. Landmark Homes delivers not just a beautiful condo, but confidence and peace of mind throughout the process.

We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend Landmark Homes—and especially Mike Bartlett—to anyone looking for a builder who truly cares about their clients.

We moved from Wisconsin to Colorado. In our search for a new home we were delighted to discover Landmark Homes in Centerra. Landmark Homes is a builder who cares about quality and craftsmanship. Everyone we talked to in the community praised the construction of their homes and now so do we.
Additionally, the customer service is outstanding. The team went above and beyond with regular communication while we experienced a few challenges selling our home in Wisconsin. We are especially grateful to Angela and Jason for their patience and support. We highly recommend Landmark Homes!

So far the home buying process with Landmark has been very welcoming and efficient which I totally appreciate. I am loving my new townhome (moved in 10 days ago) and have found everything to be as promised. The ladies in the sales and design center (Felicia and Mallory) were very helpful and pleasant. I was kept informed about the construction timeline with emails and pictures updating me on progress (Thanks Felicia!). The inspection and warranty firm they use (ProHome) were very helpful pointing out things I didn't even see during the walk-thru and the construction management guys got right on correcting every little thing that was red-tagged. The independent inspector that I contracted with even commented on how impressed he was with the quality of the construction! The owner of the company even popped into my closing to say hello and welcome. I would highly recommend Landmark Homes for building a high quality product.

“Mile High Christmas Lights did an outstanding job. Torrance came over and handled everything with care—he hit all the peaks and corners, swapped out the bulbs we wanted, and made the whole house look amazing.
