Constraction reviews in Windsor, Colorado

Dustin went beyond what I could expect to work with the shingle supplier, solar company, and me to get everything scheduled and done. His replacement roof seems to be a better job than the original.

Black Belt Roofing was responsive, professional, and the work was done to the highest standards. The Company owner was interactive on all of the repair issues. The entire process from start to finish was excellent.
Black Belt made a roof drainage modification on an existing roof that required some major engineering changes. The repair required new and appropriate roofing metal, shingles and rain gutter repair. The result of this modification solved the drainage issue and was done in a timely manner.
Communication were great from start to finish. Work was seamlessly coordinated and all work was completed on time. Dustin was pleasant and professional with all segments of the of the repair process.
Black Belt does great work, fair, dependable, and a reliable company!

Dustin is a top fella and provided a great service. Called him for an issue and was with me within an hour. Really responsive to any queries I had. Highly recommend!

Black Belt Roofing came in 30% under their nearest competitor. They used better materials (class 4 impact resistant shingles), and completed the job well ahead of schedule, despite our steep, multi-pitch roof. They also identified and fixed flashing and gutter issues without extra cost or time. The owner, Dustin Peterich, was onsite supporting his team from start to finish. Not only was the job completed flawlessly, but the site - house, driveway, surrounding yard, was left cleaner and in better condition then before they started. You will not find a better team.

Black Belt Roofing did an excellent job on replacing my roof. Dustin was very professional and explained the process completely. He was present on the job and clean up after was excellent.

This review is long overdue but I can't imagine using any other roofing company after Black Belt Roofing. Dustin is so helpful and replaced our entire roof after hail damage last year and coordinated both siding replacement and solar removal/install. He also coordinated with our insurance for the entire claim process, walking us through every step with transparency and expert advice. Even a year later we're still getting excellent and responsive customer service. 100% recommend this company!

Dustin and the team at Black Belt Roofing were absolutely amazing. I can’t recommend them enough. They were professional, fast, and incredibly knowledgeable. We found out that our entire roof had shingle defects and needed a total replacement. Dustin’s expertise was the primary reason our warranty was approved so quickly and he single handedly ensured the issue was addressed and coordinated the submission and replacement in record time. His crew was efficient, respectful, and did outstanding work. Do not hesitate to work with this team – they make an overwhelming situation seamless and stress-free.

Dustin and team from Black Belt Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were courteous, honest, organized, and thorough. They also did an amazing clean up. I recommend Dustin and Black Belt Roofing to anyone wanting their roof repaired or replaced.

Dustin and his crew were fantastic! Answered all of my questions, easy to get ahold of, job done in one day, and took care of all of the communication with insurance for me! I got real time pictures of the replacement in progress and it still looks fantastic. Six months after the job was done a raccoon caused some damage and Dustin was here the day after I called to assess the situation and get it taken care of so that no leaks would occur. I 100% recommend Black Belt Roofing for your roof repair or replacement!

Exceeded our expectations on every level. Dustin and the Black Belt crew did an amazing job on our roof replacement. Quality work, completed quickly. Customer service is off the charts. Dustin was always available for questions. Prompt with texts and emails to keep us updated. Spent time on a thorough inspection and had recommendations for us for a much improved new roof system, not just shingle replacement. Actually sat down at our kitchen table with us to go over all the final details. You don’t find that level of personal connection and dedication much anymore. He also worked directly with our insurance company, making the process incredibly easy for us.
Highly recommend Black Belt Roofing.

Dustin and his crew at Black Belt Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our damaged roof. They were easy to work with, showed they know what they are doing, and efficiently completed the work. They answered all our questions and made sure our roof was up to code and worry free for years to come. We highly recommend Black Belt Roofing!

Dustin was great. So knowledgeable and reliable. He knew what would stand out in an inspection and explained what is and what isn’t a structural problem. Highly recommend to anyone looking to update their roof before selling their house.

Dustin was truly exceptional to work with. Excellent communication throughout, and he went many extra miles discovering and repairing undiscovered issues unrelated to our repair. Could not recommend more highly.

Dustin and Black Belt Roofing is top notch. Fair and honest pricing. High quality, efficient work! Dustin really and truly cares about his clients and his work.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Black Belt Roofing went above and beyond. The crew was absolutely top-notch, professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. They showed great attention to detail and kept the area clean throughout the job. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

There was a problem on my roof that wasn’t about roofing per se but, for safety’s sake, I wanted someone who had experience working on a roof. (Mine has a steep slope that concerned me.) From the start, Dustin was always prompt in responding to my inquiries--mostly we exchanged text messages. Furthermore, in doing the repair work, Dustin was reliable, conscientious, thorough, fair in his pricing, and congenial. He not only re-secured the brace, he added hardware to ensure it wouldn’t become loose again, and he checked to make sure a second brace was secure. He took time to explain things to me and to reassure me. He even offered a very practical suggestion about a radon mitigation pipe, which I will pursue.

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Dustin of Black Belt Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

10/10 Recommend Dustin and his team at Black Belt Roofing for any roofing needs in Windsor Colorado (or Loveland, Fort Collins, Timnath, Greeley, Etc).

We had lost a lot of shingles from some recent wind storms. We called this team and they were out repairing our roof immediately. All of his crew was super professional and clean as well.

This is the exact kind of family roofing company you WANT at your house and on your roof.

We'll be referring all of our friends and family to this company!

We had a really good experience with Dustin. He offered a fair price, showed up when he said he would, and completed the work on time. The quality of the roofing work was excellent, and everything was done efficiently and professionally. I’d happily hire him again and recommend him to others.

Dustin and Blackbelt roofing were incredible!! I had filed a claim on my roof due to hail damage with an insurance company I don't use anymore. Dustin at Blackbelt Roofing handled everything with the insurance company and before I knew it I was getting a brand new roof for my insurance deductible. My roof was over 17 years old...So I was completely shocked and amazed how great this process was. I STRONGLY recommend calling Dustin at Blackbelt Roofing.

We can’t say enough great things about Dustin and his crew. From the first point of contact he was professional, polite, and informative. He provided us with an estimate that listed everything out. He communicated every step of the way. When asking on Facebook local pages he had the highest number of recommendations. When checking BBB he has an A+ rating. Amazing job looks great!

Absolutely loved Dustin, he was such great help the entire process and so knowledgeable! They were able to accommodate our schedules even with being away from the home and were in and out of our property like that. Our roof looks phenomenal and excited to see it last. On top of it, Dustin was extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile to service our home. Will 10/10 recommend Black Belt Roofing to others.
