Dustin with Black Belt Roofing came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He was prompt, attentive and easy to work with. He always made sure the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. I wish every contractor was as caring and professional as Dustin.

Outstanding experience with Black Belt Roofing. Very prompt to answer our request for a bid, and they provided a professional and comprehensive bid document. Pricing was very fair, and thoroughly explained in the bid documentation.

There was excellent communication throughout the project, and we are very pleased with the result. Dustin, the owner, was on-site with his crew every day. The care for our home and cleanup after the job were top notch. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future!

They did a horrible job. They obviously arnt able to do curves at all, let alone measure right. Some parts of my cement are 2ft 8 inches up to 3ft 4 inches and then back down to 2 foot 10 inches. It's not consistent at all. I complained and they came out to fix a 4 foot section only while I was not home. When I saw it they still had it all messed up. I have tried multiple times to get them to come and make it right and I am now being ignored.
His excuse was that curves are very hard to do and there is no way to make them consistent with the forms. If this was the case they should have let me know from the beginning so I could do it different. The whole job looks horrible. To top it off they just dumped the extra cement on my property without even saying anything. I will not recommend them to anyone. The price was insane for what I got and besides tearing it all out and having someone else come do it im not sure how to get it fixed. Lots of money down the drain.

Raphael and his crew were not only very professional but also extremely competent! Our back yard needed an upgrade with stamped concrete. Not only is it beautiful but finished on time. The one 'bad' review on Google is bogus after talking with Raphael about it. They are GREAT to work with and I highly recommend him and his company for any concrete job!!

-Anybody looking to do concrete give 4 Way Concrete a call!.

Rafael and his team did a great job installing an extension to our patio! We wanted a good chunk of concrete to cover a large space in our backyard, so we could have room to host family/friend events during the summer. We have already recommended Rafael and his team to our neighbors, and all of them have said he's done a fantastic job. The guys completed this job within 2-3 days. Rafael also gave me recommendations for my existing concrete like my drive way, stairs etc., on how best to maintain them in the future. Loved the quality of work, price and efficiency he did for us. Thank you!

High quality work, good project management, good communication, easy to work with

Clark gave me an estimate today and was very professional!

We had a very positive experience with Probuilt and the team. Our basement was unfinished and now we have a beautiful cozy additional living space that we love. Clark (the owner of Probuilt) was wonderful with communicating the process and instrumental in navigating the unforseen issues that inevitably come up when under construction.

Clark and his subcontractors finished the basement of our new home from top to bottom.
Clark was able to accomplish any creative , custom design ideas that I had. High quality work! If ever there was a hiccup as there always is with any type of building, Clark and the crew were fast to remedy any issues . Clark always responded to my text in a timely matter and was never hard to reach . Clark was a delight to work with , we highly recommend Probuilt ! We couldn’t be happier with how our basement turned out!

5 star review
Clark Vernon.

We worked with Clark Vernon on a complete remodel of a duplex in Old Town Fort Collins. When we met him for the first time, we were very impressed at how intuitive he was with the remodel needed and added good comments on what needed to be added to the architectural plans. He was honest, sincere and very through, hired very competent subcontractors and dealt with the City inspections as well as put up with the bureaucracy that came with them. The work he did is very commendable and we would not hesitate to recommend him for any construction work in a residential property. David Michel and Marilou Smith

Communication is more than expected. Always available and always calls back and or texts. Work was done in the time frame communicated and permits were pulled on time, which is really important. Sub contractors were available and making changes was not an issue as things came up. Quality work on time. We had a business that was moving and things were done to our satisfaction. We thought it was going to go over, but Clark actually made sure it was done personally to make sure we were open when he said we would have our CO.
Thanks!

After moving into a newer home in Severance we needed to have our Basement finished. Clark and ProBuilt were up for the task. From our first designs to more custom approaches Clark helped us navigate our first large remodel. It came out better than we hoped and would recommend ProBuilt for any remodel projects.

Clark and his team did a partial renovation of my older home in Fort Collins. He designed and fully remodeled the kitchen, family room and sunroom. The remodel included a new bathroom and much needed storage as well. Everything is beautiful and functions properly. He designed a special coffee bar area which included storage and a bar refrigerator. I would recommend Clark for a remodel based on my experience.

ProBuilt Construction was my contractor on a home I purchased in Fort Collins. Extensive renovations were done to the home prior to my moving in, including finishing the basement, doubling the square footage of the home. Most of my experience was long distance with Clark, my contractor, since I was still living out of state during construction. That is not the easiest of circumstances to do construction work, both for the contactor and the client, but I felt that Clark did a good job of communicating over the miles. I felt I could trust him. I am now living in the finished product, very happy with the work that was done, and the attention to detail. My thanks to ProBuilt Construction.

Clark is an excellent contractor and a genuinely great person. Working with him was easy from start to finish, and his entire team did an outstanding job remodeling our basement and tandem garage. We’re extremely happy with how our project turned out and highly recommend ProBuilt Construction!

Vicki is an incredibly talented interior designer with a great eye for style and detail. Would definitely recommend!
