I was driving down the road in Greeley and a truck with the Southern Exposure logo almost hit me by switching lanes, which could’ve caused a car accident. The drivers need to be more safe, especially with the logo of the company all over the truck! The license plates were ALE-947, I don’t know who the guy is but he needs to check his mirrors more often and be cautious of other drivers around him. NOT good especially when he’s driving a company truck !

This company does not stand behind its work. I paid for a new drip line to a single plant to be installed. This required about 15 minutes and 10 inches of pvc tubing. As I remember it, cost $70. The line failed in the first week. The Southern Exposure technician returned and said it had been fixed. Shortly thereafter, I left town for a month. On my return, I found that the plant had received no water. I asked Southern Exposure about their failure to get it right. There response was, "Well, we did the job" They refused to refund my payment, or any part of it. I didn't pay for technician visits. I paid to establish irrigation to a plant.

They have done good work for me in the past, but their refusal to even consider a refund for failing to do this job right shows they are not interested in my good will.

Scheduled with them two weeks ago for sprinkler blowout. Even called this morning to confirm; had to leave a message. What did they do? Called at 2:45pm, 15 minutes before they were to be here and cancelled. Right before the severe cold hits. Horrible customer service! Will never use them again for anything!

I saw the good reviews and pictures, and I wanted to use them for sure. When Christian knew they weren’t going to be able to get me in when I wanted, instead of trying to hard sell me to change my date, he went above and beyond. He told me when they would be able to, and also suggested 2 companies that could do the work sooner. Amazing customer service! Thank you!!!

Personnel was prompt, friendly, efficient, professional, closed the dog gate behind them. The rain didn't bother them. We have a large property and they were done FAST so I could get on with my day!

I've used EcoTurf the last 2 years and my lawn has never looked better. The weeds that always used to creep into my lawn have gone away. The pre-emergent they used for the sandbox and "garden" (tongue in cheek as I'm not sure I will ever get around to planting a garden) works wonders. Very responsive customer service.

After only two applications, we are highly impressed with EcoTurf. While we have a few thistles (they take years of treatments to get rid of), we have not seen a single dandelion and the spots that were dying off, as well as the rest of the lawn, has tons of new grass blades! Our yard hasn’t looked this good in years.

EcoTurf is great! Jordan came out and aerated our lawn, checked the property first and was in and out in 20min. His machine was so quiet, I forgot he was there - the dog didnt even bark. Thanks EcoTurf for helping to make our lawn happy!

I can't say enough about the quality of service we received from Eco Turf of NoCO. Jordan came out right away and gave us estimates that were reasonable. We were very pleased with the service we received. We had a tough "bind weed" that was troublesome but Jordan kept pressing on until he got it (they guarantee their service). Jordan and Jenny do a great job and their customer service is wonderful. My lawn has never looked better. We used one of their competitors for many years and there is a huge difference in service and results. We also love it is a local business right here in Windsor.

The past few years I used a national lawn service and was not completely satisfied with there service or product. I decided to give EcoTurf a shot mostly because I wanted to support a local business. I can honestly say the results are night and day compared to my previous provider. On top of that they are not constantly calling to upgrade my service as the other provider did just that. They charge very close to what the big companies charge. The few bucks more is worth it. If you are getting your lawn sprayed/serviced by someone else you should give EcoTurf a shot to earn your business! I highly recommend them!

We started by having EcoTurf treat a relentless weed problem that we had at our old home in a rock bed. The resolved this issue thoroughly. This turned into a very trusting relationship with them and they then began treating our lawn as well. We've now completed our 3rd season with them at our previous home (now a rental property) and 1st season with them at our new home. I trust them for all services they offer if needed. When they made a mistake they work relentlessly to make it right. They are very affordable and professional. I recommend anybody looking for landscaping help from an environmentally friendly perspective work with EcoTurf.

I've been a home-owner for over 20 years now, and this business is in the top two of all businesses I have worked with in that time. They are exceptional! They have helped us to overcome necrotic ring spot in our lawn, and our lawn is SO MUCH HEALTHIER!!! In addition, they are always easy to contact, respond quickly and thoughtfully, and really work to both understand what I need as well as fully explain what they are doing and why.
