We were having to switch times with him right up to a day before he cleaned and he never got frustrated with us and did everything he could and made it all work. Eric did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. Price was fair, he was punctual and very nice, it looks and smells great. My roommate rebuilds motorcycles and sucks at taking his shoes off coming in from the garage. Eric managed to completely extract multiple spots of grease and motor oil of of my carpet :) I'm happy to say he is now taking his shoes off lol. Thanks so much Eric!
