Excellent service! Trevor was the technician I was lucky enough to have clean my rugs. Trevor was on time professional and knowledgeable. He explained prior to service how he would service my carpet located in the lower level of my house. I opted to have an additional application applied and I could not be more pleased . I can only show the steps/landing as I will not be walking on it until tomorrow😀. I will recommend to anyone asking for a referral for a good carpet cleaning company. to call Stanley Steemer.

Max did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets/furniture. He was efficient and would definitely recommend him!

Excellent service by Scott. Got rid of carpet several years ago but 5 area rugs on floors needed cleaning after about 7 years of traffic. Was offered a good price for two upholstered sofas and a chair. Took about an hour and a half and the furniture and rugs are NOTICEABLY brighter and cleaner, and while there is no ‘fragrance,’ in the steam cleaning, there is definitely a freshness to our home. They gave a five hour window of when they would arrive several days ahead of time, but then they sent a text on the day of service when they were on their way and a map to show where they were coming from which gave us time to secure our dogs so as not to interrupt the service upon arrival. Would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer and specifically, Scott.

I had Stanley Steemer out of Windsor CO come to my house today to clean my air ducts. They did a tremendous job, and I am completely satisfied. The service techs, Steven and Elijah, were right on time and began work promptly. They were very courteous and answered all my questions with a very positive attitude. They were respectful of my home and demonstrated a genuine concern to complete the job without damaging anything. They were efficient and thorough and cleaned up after they were done. I feel they did a great job and I am genuinely pleased. A great experience with Stanley Steemer!

I was very pleased with Max, our technician from Stanley Steemer. He explained every step of the cleaning beforehand, so that i would know exactly what he was doing. He also went above and used his arsenal of products on any difficult stains. Am glad that i opted to get year's pkg and looking forward to seeing Max again.

I’ve used Stanley Steamer in Longmont, Colorado, twice. Both times were exemplary; however this time, today, November 25, 2025 was superb. Jose was a kind, energetic human who saw our situation of a newborn, a basement that needed to be scrubbed to become the playroom for the 5 year old, and a Grammy, me, running around trying to get things organized. Jose jumped right in, and took care of the basement carpet, and stairs as if it were for his very own niece and nephew. Thank you, Jose!

Miguel was fantastic. He was very courteous, polite, and a very hard worker. He was as meticulous as I could have ever wanted. He is the kind of employee every small business needs. Please give him a raise and keep him around. He was truly top notch.

Absolutely outstanding customer service and a job exceptionally done. I had several rooms with carpeting that had not been thoroughly cleaned beyond a vacuum for years. We have two dogs and have had multiple dog visitors and housemates over the years; these carpets were seeking some love! Brian from Stanley Steemer came in to save the day. Everything was well explained and I love how they would check in with me before adding on a needed service or see if there were any other elements that could be helpful to us. We are now expecting our first child in a month and I have such better peace of mind picturing her learning to crawl on these carpets, knowing that they have been taken care of effectively by Stanley Steemer. I’ve been very pleased with the help of our technician, Cameron. He did a great job at making sure our carpets were cleaned thoroughly and professionally. He was courteous, efficient, and took the time to explain the process, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’ve had to deal with an unfinished backyard since moving into our new home and dogs and dirt… well doesn’t make for clean carpet. 😆

Now we finished our backyard and have clean carpet like when we first moved in! Cameron went above and beyond in customer service and I decided to get the year cleaning. I’m glad I did and I’d definitely recommend Stanley Steemer, especially if you get lucky enough to have Cameron as your technician.
