Prompt service, they showed up on scheduled time. Clayton and Daniel were very knowledgeable and professional. Walked me through step by step of what they were doing. Would recommend these guys to anyone needing their ducts and dryer vent cleaned, or any services they do for that matter.

Highly recommend Windsor Duct Cleaning!! We have been battling birds and nests in our air vents and had an icky odor coming in through a second story bathroom fan. Windsor Duct Cleaning came out quickly and replaced the vent and removed a nasty buildup-immediately solving the odor problem. They're returning in a few days to replace all of the turtle vents. Daniel and Clayton did an awesome job. They were both very respectful. They explained the procedure of cleaning the ducts and answered any questions we had. The appointment was easy to schedule and the office kept us informed by reminders of the appointment, who would be doing the work and expected time of arrival. We highly recommend their service.

Great professional service. Aaron and Daniel both were super professional and friendly. They walked me through the process told me what was going to happen about how long it would take and they were right on the money. It was very interesting to watch them go through the house, bent by vent. In addition, they were really good about checking the dryer vent for me twice because I was concerned that I might have to block it from a previous appliance person, but doesn’t look like there was that they were nice enough to show me that there was plenty of airflow going through there and everything looked really good so for that great job certainly will be using you/recommending you.

We just bought our house and I have asthma so we wanted to ensure that the ducts were clean. Becky was so helpful to quickly schedule us and explain the options for cleaning. She is so prompt with responses - very appreciated . Aaron and Daniel came by and did an outstanding job - they were so professional and courteous (shoe covers <3) . I am very particular about feeling comfortable with people in my home, and I was absolutely comfortable with this team. I was working out in the yard while they were doing their thing in the house. They gave us a run down on what they found in the vacuum (we had the negative system cleaning), too. I wondered if there would be any lingering dust from the procedure, but there isn’t. Amazingly clean process in their hands. I just can’t recommend them enough.

Aaron conducted a whole house air duct cleaning today. He arrived on time, introducing himself and ensured he knew where all the registered and air returns were located. Then he went to work. Three hours later he had the job wrapped up with a lot of construction sheet rock dust from our basement remodel. He even fished out a Pepsi can and an empty bottle of water discarded in the air duct during construction. He also cleaned out the dryer vent. We are very satisfied 😊 customers! I cannot recommend Donovan from Windsor Duct Cleaning enough. I manage a high volume waxing salon where we are washing sheets for services around the clock and after getting a new dryer, we were having issues and come to find out it was a duct issue. Donovan came out next available business day and corrected the issue within a few hours! Highly recommend the quality, professional and timely service.

Often times when the heat would come on in my house it smelled like burning dust. Sercan came out and cleaned all the air ducts and I no longer have the smells, only fresh air. Photos showed that they were pretty dirty with construction debris and dust. Sercan was very courteous and professional. They explained what they were doing and showed me before and after pictures. We had vent cleaning several years ago and this process was far superior and more thorough. I am so glad we got this done.
