A good friend of mine referred me to Chris and I'm so happy he did. I finally found a great A/C repair company that I'm going to stick with. He was very thorough, pleasant, and fair. I will definitely recommend him to all family and friends.

I've had Chris work on multiple properties for me and as a local Real Estate agent have referred him to multiple clients who have ALL had a good experience. Chris is fair and honest and doesn't try to sell you on things you don't need. When you do need to replace something he get's it done quickly and for a better price than anyone else I've seen! Not the cheapest, but honest and professional. I used the hire this firm for troubleshooting HVAC issues. They could solve issues that other companies created. Highly recommend.

If we could give this company negative stars, we would. This company is worse than a blood sucking Lawyers!!!!!! (They will charge you $300 for a couple of texts messages sent to a service tech asking a simple question, when this tech only responded with call the office for assistance, no trouble shooting response. CMS sees this as justifiable charges, but when you ask what they charge for texts to their Techs they can not tell what their billing charge is for texts because they do not have a billing code charge for texts. It was just a reason to rack on $300 to our bill for no reason) THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!!!!!! THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY PERIOD!!!!! CMS IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND ABSOLUTELY NEVER WRONG!!!! IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH ANYTHING AT ALL WITH THEM, WORK, PRICING, ETC. THEY WILL JUST CONTINUE TO TRY JUSTIFY THAT THEIR TECH FIXED THE PROBLEM AT HAND, AND DID NOT CAUSE FURTHER PROBLEMS, EVEN THOUGH THERE IS MORE PROBLEMS SINCE THEIR TECH LEFT YOUR PROPERTY, OR THE PROBLEM IS HAPPENING AGAIN, AND CMS WILL JUSTY THEIR UN-JUSTIFIABLE CHARGES AND OUTRAGES BILLING!!!!!! There is no transparency in cost for any services provided, they charge whatever they see fit after you have ALREADY signed a service invoice with no pricing. If they do any services at your property, you better expect you will have them out there again and again, because they never really fix the problem at hand or will cause another problem while there hoping they will be called out again again to keep charging you and charging outrages prices that change as they see fit, when they see fit. CMS are gougers and liars!!!!!!!!!!There are Multiple other Companies out there who actually care about their customers, and will do anything to keep their customers happy, to keep their customers coming back with out doing shady work. I implore you to go some where else....

My furnace was not working and I had a different company out to repair it , they were late and that night my furnace went out again. Received a recommendation for Comprehensive Maintenance Solutions who came out when he said he would and found the problem instantly. Not only that told me he would come out that night if it went out again. It is working fine and he even called back to ensure my furnace was working. Very professional. Great skills and the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Would recommend always. Great company and vet owned as well.

I'm a little cynical when it comes to heating and Air companies. Many of them seem to take advantage of situations and gouge you with their price. That being said my experience with polar bear in specifically David who came out to look at my water heater was the most pleasant experience I have had with a heating and air company. Though he could have just said the part needs replaced and ring up the bill. He suggested we try to clean certain parts and see if that would take care of the issue and it did. Resulting in the cost far less. Integrity is a rare thing these days and I am so thankful that it still remains. Thank you polar bear my wife is going to be very happy to take a hot shower tonight. ❤️

Highly recommend! Nick did a great job. We had to have two appointments due to having to order a part. Showed up on time for the first and came early for the second. After the office called to verify it was ok to come early.

I just had a great experience with Polar Bear Plumbing Heating & Air! My husband and I had been using Fort Collins Heating and Air for the last 10 years. My last encounter with them was very poor, to say the least, and caused me to look for a new company. Polar Bear came highly recommended by a few people I know in the area.

From the initial call to schedule an appointment, Steve's willingness to walk me through the issue and repair options, to a courtesy call to say the technician was going to be a few minutes late...every interaction was personable, and professional. While it took a bad experience with another company for me to find Polar Bear, I am excited that I have a new and trusted company to service my Plumbing, Heating and Air needs.

This is my second time having Polar Bear Plumbing out to service 2 separate issues. Both times were great experiences! Pricing is great and the customer service is top notch! I’m incredibly pleased with Steve and the Polar Bear Team. I had them install a mini-split system and a tankless water heater at my place in Estes Park. Both projects turned out great and whole process was seamless from beginning to end. They are knowledgeable, have great communication, pay attention to detail, and their pricing is competitive. Best plumbing and heating company I’ve ever worked with.

David Heid was knowledgeable and very polite. I’m in the beginning of selling my home and he did a flush on the 3 year old water heater. Fingers crossed the flush fixes the knocking.

They were able to get my furnace up and running before the cold set in. Kaleb was very professional and explained everything. Will definitely use them again.

Steve is an amazing plumber and HVAC technician. It astonished me how deeply he immersed himself into the local water quality, and how it changes when the temperature fluctuates from cold to hot. Anymore talented and he would be a water scientist. There is no better expert, no better quality than you’ll find with Polar Bear. Steve also upgraded our master bedroom bathroom toilet. The cheap toilets the builder installed are horrible, they always clog and pass water everywhere. He got us the most amazing toilet that has not clogged and is very quiet. I have also never seen anyone swap out a toilet so fast, and with total detail. Including caulking the bottom and he even installed our new bidet for us too. Everything is perfectly to code, and the quality of our home water filtration system is easily above satisfactory. I highly recommend Steve and continue to go to him for all my plumbing and water quality needs and questions.
