We had a leak in our master bathroom that basically required a complete remodel. Jeremiah and his team have been on top of everything through this whole process from the initial consultation to the mold mitigation.

Jesus came out to check a leak and quoted me an outrageous amount to fix a coupler. He stepped on our main water line and broke it. They came back the next day and denied all responsibility. Do not call them for anything. Scam

Do not use this company, very shady. As the owner of 3D Construction, I requested an estimate for a remodeling job but was not informed of an Evaluation Fee. I would never pay for an evaluation! They gave one of my employees a verbal estimate and demanded payment for the estimate. Now they refuse to refund the charge. Very poor business practices!

Cris Gonzalez was on time and fully prepared to replace to our Washer Values & Box. He was did a very good good on explaining the job to us and why it needed to be done. He finished the job in no time at all and the work was done very well.

Justin helped me out with a time-sensitive water heater replacement. He adjusted his schedule to make it work for me and was very professional throughout the process. 5-star service all the way.

$59 for them to come out and look at my drain. Quoted me $395 to scope my 40' drain line to my septic, and another $595 to snake the same drain. Quotes from other companies specializing in unclogging drains were $100-200. Other companies could give me a quote on over the phone. J.T. required a site visit which simply wasted my time and theirs. Perhaps unclogging drains is not their specialty, but it would have been helpful for them to give me some indication of this before wasting time and money having them come out and give me an incredibly high quote.

This company is connected to Aqua Restoration. This is not made clear on their website or when you speak with them. They charge an obscene amount of money and nickel and dime every task. Although the technicians we worked with are kind, the office manager is extremely unprofessional and fear mongering.
