With a slick and polite salesmanship they offer to charge you four times (4x$$$$) as much as other highly rated companies in the area. Be very wary as they misrepresent the severity of issues and try and tack on all kinds of extras in addition to that huge price tag.

I used JT Plumbing when my water heater went out on me. The technician was knowledgeable and super honest about what needed to be done. They booked me in same day, and I have hot water again! Definitely needed with the winter approaching! I finally have a plumbing company I can trust! Thank you JT Plumbing!!

Cris, was very professional and informative. He was patient and explained things in away that I could understand. He answered any questions I had and gave recommendations for future issues. My estimated costs were reasonable and cheaper than other local companies. I am glad I chose this company for my concerns.

This was our third time using the JT team, and again they didn’t disappoint! They responded quickly to our problem in the bathroom and were able to give us great options for a remodel of the bathroom that both had a nice updated look and within budget. We would highly recommend them for any work needed in the greater Windsor and northern Colorado area.

Had JT Plumbing out to fix a clogged sewer line. Ended up having roots in the line. The plumber, Cody, was great. Very helpful, explained things and good attitude.

Would have been 5 stars except there were some unresolved communication issues about a missed appointment, dispatcher promised a return call to reschedule that never happened. Cody showed up the next day and finished the job though. Thanks!

Do not use these idiots. They try and charge you through the roof for very simple jobs. Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They robbed me of $450 and said it was non refundable and they did absolutely no work. No one told me it was non refundable. An absolute scam. They tried charging me $1000 for a toilet replacement. Do not call them for anything unless you like throwing money away

We had a boiler issue and were told they would give an estimate for $79. The technician gets out here and says he needs to do a diagnostic ($340) on the boiler, including taking the boiler apart, to see what is causing the problem. I agreed. Within 15 minutes he tells me I need to replace my boiler and quotes me a $19k job. The boiler had not been pulled apart to diagnose the problem. As a matter of fact, there was still dust on all parts of the boiler. It had not been touched. I called the office to pay the $79 as no diagnostic was performed, and they said pay the $340 or they start the lien process, even after explaining the lack of a diagnostic. Stay far away from this company. I reached out to a local plumber, after this experience, and they were able to tell me what was wrong and fix the issue for under the $340 JT made me pay for a nonexistent diagnosis. Again, stay away.

I have been having issues with my tub draining and the tub faucet! I was able to schedule a service right away! Alex and Adam were amazing! They were both very knowledgeable and friendly!! The whole experience was very painless and enjoyable and my drain is now cleared and the faucet is working perfectly!!

I Called this company because of the cool advertising on their Trucks. Made an apt, they rescheduled for the next day. They got me in 2 hours earlier than expected. John and his coworker got the the house promptly. Assessed the problem and it was fixed in a short period of time. Very friendly and informative. I will use this company again.

Justin did a fantastic job adding a sink to my shop. Job was done fast and left very clean when everything was done. Will definitely be using JT plumbing in the future. Justin also has the best beard of any plumber I’ve seen (and I’m a barber).

There was sediment in my tankless heater thanks to the water company flushing it improperly while they were fixing a water line in the neighborhood. They sent a plumber (Matt) out less than 3 hours after I called and he was amazingly professional, helpful, didn't pressure me to purchase any upgrades, finished the job quickly, was conversational and respectful. Highly recommend.

We had Chris help us fix our plumbing issue. He provided us with 3 quotes for each service he provided and offered to clearly show pricing and detail of services. He was really helpful and even pointed out a long term issue that I had been concerned about but wasn't sure what to do with. If we have another plumbing issue we will use JT plumbing and request Chris.

Excellent business! They offer reasonable rates keep their word, they offer fantastic service and always have very knowledgeable, helpful techs. Justin did a fantastic job and offered several options for how to proceed. Highly recommend.

JTs left me with a clogged faucet and a leak. Now I have mold and need drywall and carpet replaced. Ridiculous company and overcharges for terrible work. 👎👎

the above review was written to get a discount on the bill. One of them watched my write and post it. To get the discount I needed to leave a 5 star review NOT an honest review.
They were over way over priced. Unfortunately I did not have time to research before. When they turned the main valve back on they did something to the cause a leak at the main value and they told the city after they left and I was left to deal with the city and no clue what they were talking about.

Dave was very through with our plumbing issues. He's a great guy and we will request him if you have anyother issues.
