Had a issue with the furnace not working. Called them and they squeezed me in same day. Owen was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend using them for your heating and AC needs. I had a couple more estimates and went with Brian and owen to replace the furnace and AC. They did a excellent job for a reasonable price. They have earned my trust and I will be calling them 1st if I need anything in the future. Thanks again Brian and owen.

Valley called me in the evening within an hour of leaving a message and was here the next day. Our problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Great service, wonderful people and they know the neighborhoods and area, highly personal service. We would recommend Valley to anyone. Job well done!

Very professional and great customer service. Owen and Jared very respectful answered all questions and did an amazing job.

I called with a non-immediate issue and they were out to our home within 2 days! We explained the issue and it was remedied within 30 minutes after arrival. Owen was very nice, knew exactly what needed to be done, and took care of it. We have not had any issues since. The whole experience was easy and personable from the first phone call to the final bill. A++ business!! Highly recommend.

We worked with Owen and he was wonderful, came out same day to help us with the furnace, got it working while we waited on a new part and showed us how to redo the temporary fix he did on it through the weekend. We really appreciate the fast service, pricing, and customer service from everyone we interacted with at the company.

Valley replaced my old system with a new one, plus a water heater. Bryan is knowledgeable, thorough and honest. He has many years experience and is consistently reliable and fair. My HVAC project became complicated, but Bryan was able to address and fix all of the issues. I would give 10 stars for professionalism and customer service.

Friendliness, informative, pleasant office visit with follow up notifications and reminders of the date and time scheduled. Was notified technician in route and matched the scheduled time. Checkup and service on our Lenox unit. Technician left area clean, rolled up our garden hose and put the multi sprayer head back where it was stored. We have had a/c issues for 5 years. The same company came out year after year and couldn’t figure out what was wrong and recommended we replace the unit for $9K -$12K. We decided to get a second opinion and called Valley Heating and Air. They diagnosed the issue in less then 30 minutes. Less then $1000 to fix AND service both of our units. Highly recommend!!!!!! They are extremely knowledgeable and service is top notch. I cannot gush enough about this fantastic company!!!!

It never fails that your AC quits when you need it the most! I received a replacement quote from another local HVAC company. When the other company inspected my AC unit, there was not much troubleshooting done before recommending a replacement unit for thousands of dollars. This didn't seem right, so I called Valley. Bryan came out the same day, he was friendly from the moment he arrived, and he asked a lot of questions to understand the issue and the prior company's thought process. He performed reasonable troubleshooting to determine what was actually wrong with my unit. With a couple of quick replacement parts, my AC was up and running. He saved me about $7,000 (and my sanity)! I am so thankful for second opinions and reputable local companies like Valley. Thank you!

Bryan came to clean and check my heater. He explained everything to me and it all made sense. I found him to be honest and felt very confident in his summation of my furnace. He didn’t try to sale me anything else which was quite refreshing.
