Apparently, after Chief’s Chimney reviews plummeted, they changed the Google listing business name back to Safeguard Chimney Sweep, listing the reputable company’s names and phone numbers. The low ratings are solely attributable to Chief’s Chimney, not Safeguard Chimney Sweep, Inc., which is a 5 star company that has been providing excellent chimney services locally for over 24 years.

I just spoke to Tonya about an install. She recommended several other people in the area ash she no longer provides install. Yes, you are reading that right; she referred me to local competition who she believes will do a great job and have a great reputation. What a breath of fresh air in a world where most folks are willing to step on others to get ahead. we 100% plan to use her for yearly maintenance as per her reviews, her record is flawless.

This guy Dennis is a BS he’s came here 3 time to repair my refrigerator which it has warranty throu Sear have call sears to complain about him 6 time still my refrigerator is not working and my ice maker stop working told sears I don’t want Dennis in my house any more this is really bad I’ve been out of refrigerator for almost a Month n half still fighting Sear I’m so piss this guy is very in responsable

Solid Rock is great. You want to hire someone that is thorough, reasonable and above all you feel good about them being in your house. Definitely recommend Solid Rock.

Dennis took payment in full, and stated "parts are on order". Two months later, no part, no phone call back, no Dennis. Terrible service, do not use this guy bc he just takes advantage of people.

My out of date gas oven went out the day before Thanks Giving. Solid rock came out the same day, figured out the problem, went to the springs for a part the same day, came back and fixed it the same day! Very professional and friendly service. You won't be disappointed if you hire them!

Dennis called in the morning with an ETA and called when he was on his way. He completed the installation of my new dishwasher, adjusted the placement, and provided advice for operating it.

Believe the 1 star reviews. Came out to repair refrigerator and said he would pick up the part the next day and come out for the repair, then he vanished. Wouldn't return texts or calls. Never heard from him again. Unreliable, Untrustworthy, Unqualified. Fortunately, I didn't give him any money.

I was looking for a local repair person and found Solid Rock Repair. I am very impressed with Dennis and the work he did for me. He is super friendly and accommodating and came out to my house in Divide which was wonderful.

His name is Dennis. He never ever types up a contract for what hes going to install/put together/fix for you for. Instead A day into work, he will try to double it if not quadruple the price he originally gave you and then yell and scream at you and threaten to call the police if you don't pay him. Do not hire him he's a nightmare
