Very friendly and professional, had a very “difficult” room that my friends dog made a mess of, it was bad. My girlfriend refused to even go in there it was so bad. He showed up in timely manner and got the room clean.

Anthony and Dennis provided great service. They arrived early, set up, and thoroughly cleaned all of the carpeting in our home. They were respectful and professional.

Overpromised and underdelivered. When the estimate was given for $450.00, the cat urine odor (from 2 old cats now deceased, from five years ago) was described as "faint" but once the service was performed, somehow it went to overwhelming, to the point we had to yank our home off the market because as soon as potential buyers walked into the house, the stench was noticeable. I don't understand how a cleaning can increase a smell. I was contacted 3 times by the office lady in 24 hours demanding immediate payment (I had moved to another state and was not there anymore) and I paid in full. Total waste of money and time. Now we are having to remove all the carpet, treat the concrete, and install new carpet. If it was an impossible task, why didn't they just tell me that?

Anthony was absolutely amazing and so very helpful in my situation. Had pet urine from a new puppy. Found spots in the house that we had no idea he was saturating until the smell arose. Being the cement flooring underneath the carpet Anthony explained everything on what happens with the cement being under the carpet. He explained in full detail the process on how to help because of it being cement. He refused to take my money for carpet cleaning. So I completed the process he explained, along with the industrial recommended products to use. It was defintely some work, but the smell is now gone. We were able to seal the cement afterwards and install new flooring that needed to be done anyway. Thank you so much Anthony for your help!! So very much appreaciated. Amazing, truthful and honest company.

I've used Premium Carpet Care several time for cleaning the carpeting in my 3300 sq foot home in Divide Colorado. They do a great job and the carpets are clean and smell great afterwards. They are fast and friendly too. Highly recommend.

Been trying to get a hold of them for months to fix a stove pipe they installed. Are they still around and in business?

Al Mason made a thorough, authoritative explanation of my chimney’s lack of health. He was easy to understand so I knew exactly what I was getting into…and what a fine gentleman to boot!

I purchased a pellet stove from FlameMaster last year. We are loving our stove. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and workmanship was great!

We paid AL $5200 for a new woodstove seal, piping and cap back in September. He cashed the check immediately and for over 2 months now, he hasn't responded texts or calls. He is a scam!
