David came out to clear the clogged kitchen sink drain. He's been out a time or two before for plumbing work and he is the best. Nothing will stop him from getting the job done. He's always on time, polite and honest. Highly recommended!

We had Tyler replace a heat sensor and clean out the furnace. He was both outstanding and thorough in his work. I am extremally pleased with the end results, and would recommend their services.

I appreciate knowing there are home services I can trust! From installing a new furnace to the plumbing work Tom and David have just completed to ensure everything is in good working order into the future, the work is done professionally and quickly.

Paul came out and did boiler maintenace. We had a couple areas of concern and they will be getting those taken care of. Love the service.

Scam Artists.

Charged $350 to snake a drain. He was here for less than 20 minutes. When we called to complain about it, the guy said 'I just bought a new truck, I have to pay it off somehow'.

He also had a bad experience with the previous owners of our home, and held it against us. Saying 'I remember you guys having an issue last time we were out there'. Completely not true.

No reason to use them. There are many other plumbers in the area that actually care and want to help you, rather than just take your money.

Don't mind their response below. They don't see my name in their system because this review is under my maiden name. The work was done months ago, in October. I just decided to leave a review recently. I'm not going to be gaslit by a company telling me that my situation didn't happen, when it most certainly did. Tom Guerena was the one who came and did the work and had that conversation with my husband, and it was in October of 2024.

I do not wish to call them for any reason, as they have left me with a horrible experience, and I will not willingly subject myself to their behavior.

Tom called my husband on his cell phone, so I doubt there is a recorded audio of that conversation.

The only reason I decided to leave a review is we had to have another plumber come out, as after we paid Hardcastle the $350, we were still having the issue. The other plumber came by and fixed it for less than $150.

They have not reached out to me to try to do anything to fix this, they just want to argue back and forth on their reviews.

I'm relieved and grateful to now have Hardcastle as a local resource for my home's mechanical service needs. David provided excellent plumbing repairs and great customer service. He kindly accommodated my health issues and was very considerate in his interactions with me. Everyone I have worked with at Hardcastle exemplified the company's high standards for courtesy and professionalism.

Tom and David from Hardcastle just left our home a few minutes ago. They have been here a couple of times in the past month to help us with some plumbing issues. In all cases, they were professional, fast and efficient. They exceeded all our expectations. We definitely recommend Hardcastle Home Services!

This is the third time I've used hardcastle heating & Air and as always, They are on time with scheduled appointments and their work is excellent. Whenever I call for service the customer service ladies answering phones and scheduling appointments are always so helpful, thank you. I am a hardcaslte customer for life. Tyler with Hardcastle Home Services was great! He was efficient with the inspection of my aging furnace. His detailed explanation of the condition of the unit was clear and exact to what was on invoice we received after the work was complete.

The estimates that he provided to replace the system in the future were true to the discussion we had after the inspection.

I just had my gas furnace and hot water heater replaced today by Hardcastle Heating & Air - The King of Comfort. Everything went absolutely perfect. First I had Tyler come by to assess what I may need and how much it would cost. They were able to schedule me within just a couple of days and they came by yesterday to rip out the old furnace and the old hot water heater in order to get a head start before today which was the scheduled install day, and was done before noon. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Callegari, a third generation HVAC technician from Long Island, New York. He moved to great state of Colorado in search of cleaner air and open spaces. He enjoys hiking, art, target shooting and action sports. Very professional and very knowledgeable! He made what might have seemed impossible to which turned into a perfect install!

Nashville, TN.
These technicians make an excellent team, and took extreme care in cleaning up and making sure everything is in perfect operating order. I highly recommend HardCastle and these two technicians!

We have always used Hardcastle since moving into our home 7 years ago. They are friendly and professional. Their knowledge and willingness to inform us about our unit is great.

David is a very knowledgeable technician, exactly what one would expect from Hardcastle. He took minimal time to assess the repair problems we were having and set about dealing with the repairable leaks that he could address, immediately. When you hire someone to do a job it's great when they have the proper equipment and know how to use it, the job should go along as planned. This was the case in our calling Hardcastle and their sending David along to do some of the work but delaying the more involved work until a more appropriate time. We are very pleased with the service we have received thus far.

We really appreciated Tom's knowledge and his excellent customer service was impressive. Tom was able to quickly diagnose and fix our ongoing drain problem and educate us on what to do about our older home's problematic pipework. We have used many plumbers over our 19+ years in this house. We will be calling Hardcastle moving forward. Thank you, Tom!

We had issues with our boiler. Hardcastle found the leaks and fixed them. Paul made sure everything was put back together as it should be and also installed a new wireless system to insure we would not have problems in the future. Paul responded very timely to calls and made sure we understood the system and it was working correctly. Paul is very professional and also very personable. In the future when we need plumbing services,, we will call Hardcastle.

Plumbing is a somewhat recent addition to services provided by Hard Castle in Woodland Park, but they replaced our water heater last year so we called for repair of a toilet leak that we could not figure out. Tom came out right on time and very quickly figured out the problem. [We had installed the wrong type of shut off valve]. He gave us an estimate for the repair and completed the job in about 1/2 an hour including cleanup and triple checking the repair. He then gave us an estimate on converting our 4.5' tub into a walk in shower. It will be very reasonable for us to have that done next. Very happy with plumbing work done by Tom and Hard Castle.

Our 31 yr old boiler system went on the fritz. Got estimate from Hardcastle and one other to replace. We went with Hardcastle because the better unit was going to cost around $4,000 less than the other company whose unit had lower BTU! The office staff, manager, and techs handled everything very professionally. We also like the fact they are local.
Freed up space in utility room also, as you can see by the photos.

From the first site visit for an estimate to installation I could not be happier with Hardcastle Home Services from their front office to Tom, Paul, and Dave who visited our home. The service crew showed up with the equipment they needed, they were articulate and demonstrated knowledge in their trade and treated our home with respect. The job was completed without a mess or trash left behind. It's hard to find people to service in our area (up in the mountains). I'm very pleased to add Hardcastle to my list of service providers that I can count on.

I have had a few initial interactions with the crew of Hardcastle and found them to always be there right away to help out. Then we just had a 20 YO boiler go out and with in a day the started the tedious job replacing our outdated unit with a state of the art 96% efficient Tankless heating system. They did everything they said they would do and more. All their techs are great guys, very knowledgeable and professional and the ladies in the office are fantastic. I am a builder of 41 years of very Large custom homes in Naples Florida and I would rate this company as one of the best I have been around. You will be in good hands with the people of Hardcastle and I can not recommend them enough.

Highly recommend Hardcastle Heating & Air! Did a complete boiler replacement to a tankless system. We have infloor radiant heat and three bathrooms that need hot water. Kyle and Travis are the best! Superb workmanship and left the downstairs better then when the started. The regional inspector was awed with the professional installation!

Hardcastle did my HVAC and my plumbing and did a great job. Did it in timely manner for my new construction?. I would recommend them for all your plumbing and HVAC needs!!

This is the second plumbing job Dave with Hardcastle has done for me this summer. He's absolutely professional, knows what he's doing, provides top-notch service, and is in and out as quickly as possible. He's also 100% reliable for showing up when promised, and is appropriately friendly with brief courtesy exchanges. Hardcastle's office staff are also amazingly professional, making it easy to get appointments a.s.a.p. every time I call. I am so glad I signed up for their HVAC service agreement. Plumbing is one of those things that can often require immediate service - with Hardcastle, I know that's what I will receive.
