The previous tenant of my significant other and l's property hired blue skies to do a full move out clean. Upon receiving the keys to our home, we were extremely disappointed with the cleaning that was done. Basic components of cleaning such as mopping, wiping surfaces, and dusting were not done. The window sills were filthy and loaded with flies, the cooktop still had caked on food, the floors had sticky residue with hair stuck to them, the walls were covered in drops some sort of dried on fluid, the doors were covered in dirt and even pizza sauce, cupboards were covered in crumbs, and there was visible dog hair throughout. I attempted to contact the owner directly to resolve this situation, and I provided photos of the poor work. Initially he offered to provide a full refund or reclean, but a refund must issued to the property management company since we didn't actually hire blue skies for the work. (Due to their poor work, I did not feel comfortable with accepting a reclean). Once our property management rep contacted the owner, he indicated that he would not provide a refund unless the previous tenant complained since he's the one who paid. Quite frankly I feel as though this company provided a terrible cleaning service and have given us the run around on trying to rectify the situation just because they can. I am not a professional cleaner, but even I know that a move out clean should include basic cleaning. It's unfortunate that I feel compelled to write this review because I really wanted to give this local company the opportunity to rectify this privately. I contacted them numerous times with opportunity to fix this.; However, blue skies has shown an overall lack of professionalism in the service they provide and business they conduct.

Ronda was sweet and kind and extremely efficient with the amount of cleaning she got done within the two hour span. Would highly recommend them and use them over and over again.

The Blue Skies Cleaning team goes above and beyond and always exceeds my expectations. I have used them for deep cleaning as well as biweekly service. They provide amazing service at a great price.

Blue Skies (Christie, family, and crew) have been fantastic! When our prior short-term-rental cleaning company stopped servicing our area, we found Blue Skies - and I'm so glad we did. They're responsive, reliable, communicative, and able to handle schedule changes that inevitbly pop up with a VRBO/AirBNB property. Blue Skies did an amazing job cleaning my home. I left early for a vacation, leaving 3 men and 2 dogs there for a week. The floors were spotless, everything else perfect. Shower glass was spotless as well! I have a very large home and they were very reasonably priced too. I will definitely have them return. I was extremely pleased.

I have been using Blue Skies for about 3 months now. I can't say enough good things about them! They clean my STR between guests and to a great job. Blue Skies Cleaning and their staff do an amazing job with the turnover of my air bnb. I have maintained super host since I became a host and that is in large part because of their impeccable cleaning skills.

I do feel that there could be some improvement on communication, which has been my only real complaint. However, the cleaning makes up for what they lack in communication skills.

The owners are super dedicated to their business and even clean our home themselves to assure for 100% quality and cleaniness. Not only that, they are super friendly and trustworthy. I even trust them enough to clean while we're out of town. They always add such nice finishing touches and pay attention to all the details. Snow and Jolie did an amazing job cleaning our home! This was the first time we've used a cleaning service and I am very impressed. They went above and beyond, cleaning much more than I expected. Snow and Jolie were professional, kind and very personable. Such a great team!

We recently stayed at a rental near Divide, CO whose owners use Blue Skies Cleaning. We found the cabin to be clean and comfortable upon arrival. But I'm leaving this review because when we departed an item of considerable value was left in the rental. We were about two hours out when I called the owner to see if they could work out arrangements to get it to me. The owner contacted Blue Skies and they were able to locate the item and then mailed it to me. Honesty and integrity mean a lot in today's world and the employees at Blue Skies showed both in this situation.
