Neverland Cleaning is an excellent service!! They go above and beyond just cleaning. I use them for a vacation property, and they are more than willing to do extra jobs, in addition to the regular cleaning service.

My husband and I were referred to you, quite highly, by our neighbors. It took three phone calls to get a response to schedule an appointment for an estimate then another couple of emails to get on your schedule for our deep cleaning which occurred on March 2nd. This was a multi-hour deep cleaning. I was so excited to finally get some help (especially from someone referenced so highly) with the house which was (and is) needed with our incredibly busy schedules. When my husband and I returned home that evening, we could definitely tell that the house was cleaned but nothing stood out from a deep cleaning perspective and the house did not smell of cleaning products. We were not particularly impressed and noticed some areas in the kitchen where the floor was not mopped very well.

Then COVID-19 hit and appropriately so, everything came to standstill and what was bothersome in life before, suddenly wasn't that big of a deal.

However in the weeks since it occurred to me that we have not heard from your company at all. Not a "how was your first cleaning experience" inquiry, and nothing regarding what your company is doing with regards to the virus. Nothing.

We will be looking for another business to help us with our home once we are past the virus situation.

My experience with Neverland cleaning company was OK. The ladies who run the company are very sweet and nice and I know trying to do their best
I was at the house the first time I met the new owner. One of her employees was supposed to be cleaning the bathroom in the basement, there was poop left in the toilet and a ring around the bathtub.
I’ve owned my own business so I do understand sometimes how hard it is to get good help. So, I decided to give them another try, actually, another two tries, unfortunately, every time they cleaned our house for our Airbnb there was always an issue. From not dusting all the surfaces, that they said they would dust, to not sweeping the floor and mopping it every time they came. They charged me for six hours of cleaning stayed two hours and it always looked like a rush job. There was a hotdog left in the refrigerator and food and pop spills left in the refrigerator. I had to sweep the floor again, did not have time to mop it! luckily it looked decent for my guest. When I gave feedback she apologized and told me they probably couldn’t meet my expectations and she understood if I got someone else. Well, of course I have to get someone else.

Becca and her team was such a blessing to our family. While we lived in Woodland Park they kept our place clean. They showed up on time and listened if we ever gave feedback. I am a bit of a clean freak so I would mention things I liked and they would respond. We loved the young ladies that came to visit and clean every few weeks.
